Overall It's an alright mall could use some work, doesn't have many stores to choose from but my kids love to go there for the arcade games

The mall is slowly dying unfortunately. It has a new owner, so maybe they will be more stores and fill up all the empty spaces. There's pretty much no where to eat in this establishment. No typical food court like every other regular mall in the United States. There is a few restaurants on the outside of the building. And a red robins on the end of the building on one side. There is one bathroom that is easy to find, but in the middle of the store and it's inconvenient depending on where you are when you have to go. Hopefully ton of updates happen soon, especially since the airmen at the military base deserve a place with good food and to shop when off duty. read more

9/15/22: We passed through here just to have dinner at one of the restaurants at this mall. This indoor mall was deserted, no life to it. Wasn't my cup of tea. read more

Very nice has great stores plenty eating places its a one stop shop the movie theater and a game for kids to play a lot of beauty stores for women cell phone agents and book stores nice and big shoes store even a big candy store it has a few nail shops and it also has a beauty school and easy access to the bus station if you don't have a car. read more

As I stated once before, this is the only mall I can really tolerate. It's simple, you know where everything's at if you need it, and it is far from cluttered with shops or people you're trying to avoid. There isn't much of a food court (one place to have a meal), but the abundance of food stands makes up for that. They have a nice coffee shop, a decent theater, and not every single shop is geared towards women's clothing. I'm not an avid mall shopper-obviously, but I do and will come here when I need something, and I won't have to worry about running into someone every five seconds. read more

Its a small town mall. They have decent clothing stores that you should have at a mall (American Eagle, Hollister, Old Navy) They have your basic department stores (Sears, JC Penny, Dillards). Other than that... not so much. Being a former employee at Old Navy, i got to experience the mall. The mall keeps bringing in these no shot at profit stores and they end up closing within months. They have only a handful of stores and they have 4-5 children clothing stores...why? The best time to go shopping is anytime during the week before 5. Why? because NO ONE is in the mall. Also, the sikes senter cinema.... not worth the money. small screens, small rooms, just a all around gross place to go see the movies. Sad part is that the cinemark in town is a million times better and yet they keep sending the brand new movies to the crap one at the mall to probably bring in people to the mall. sadly no one is shopping at the stores. Just go to Dallas, a lot better place to shop. read more

We paid 36$ for a movie that was supposed to start at 3:45 we have been here for 30+ mins and our movie hasn't even started yet and all we get is ads and I think everyone should much rather go to Cinemark ‍ read more

It has all of the stores you probably need, but if you are looking for a fun mall with lots to do and eat, this isn't the best choice. If you're looking to bargain shop, there aren't any seasonal sales other than national promotions held by each retailer- which is a total bummer if you are into sidewalk sales or sales of the sort. Some of the stores like Dillard's were a tad musty and dirty- surprising when you are looking at pieces that are selling easily for $100. If you have kids, there is a very small play area and lunar golf, but nothing much else. read more

Ehh this mall is okay. There's not really a lot of stuff to do unless you're shopping for clothes and such. There is an arcade here. No food court, but there are restaurants around the area, including Buffalo Wild Wings. The cost from Sheppard AFB to here is about $18, so unless you're really planning on spending like the whole day here shopping around, it's not really worth it in my opinion. read more

This mall is just meh. It's a popular hangout for the locals and the airmen, but it's just average. A lot of the good shops are closed now, and they bring things in only to have them close down months later. Word to the wise, AVOID the movie theatre if you can. It's so nasty. The seats are gross, the floors are grimy, and the screens suck. read more

Really a poor excuse for a mall. If you don't buy your clothes at Dillard's, Sears or J.C. Penny you only have a couple of options in each category. Food court literally has two places, Chinese or cookies. The theater is possibly the worst theater in existence today, non-theater seating, small screens with rips or holes in most, obvious existence of tons of mold, damp and ripped seats, doesn't have surround sound, not a good seat in the place. They out pay the good theater for the best movies to force attendance and charge 25-50 percent more than the good one. Overall the mall isn't very good but it isn't really a possibility to get a real mall when this town has about zero population growth over the last 50 years. read more

This store is decent. The customer service is always great!! The selection is okay. I wish they carried bigger sizes and they're clearance items aren't priced as low as they are in other Old Navy stores :( read more

It's a very basic shopping mall i guess? It's got your standard clothes and shoe stores, and of course your odd little stores like the knife store, or those little massage places. Easy to navigate. I'm sure I'll be back...only if i need to. read more

One of the only malls in the area. It's pretty much just a strip mall. Not exactly the cleanest or the nicest mall. There isn't much to do here in terms of entertainment. The shops aren't all that great or well known outside of the area. The theater is just terrible. Come here if you don't have anything better to do. read more

although they tried renovating and added flowers, chandiliers and seating....it still doesnt make up for the lack of a food court, little to no shops with more closing every day....HIGH rent and rude staff in the mall office. I worked in various stores in the mall and rarely do I ever go there now that I am not working in the mall. read more

So the mall is good, but my complaint is going to go to the great American Cookie and the pretzel. The manager of the these two store is disrespectful, pushing, and arrogant. I'm not sure how he keeps his job, I have even heard a few of his employees complain on his management skills. If this mall wants to maintain the food court they have, this guy needs to go! Otherwise the stir fry 88 manager is phenomenal! Suggestive and respectful please keep this company going. they will be the reason to eat at the mall read more

Wichita Falls is a small city and this mall is a great representation of that. I hear and read lots of complaints because they are comparing this mall with big city malls. You won't find that kind of experience here but I have never had a problem walking in and getting what I need. If they don't have it, they are always very helpful about finding your size and then ordering it for you. Often times they have it the next business day and I really appreciate not having to drive somewhere else. If you have to have the full blown massive mall experience, take a drive to one of the big cities and enjoy but for me, this mall has everything I need. read more
