The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.

Beside the part of being preached about how they are all in house and have team that can paint and do flooring...... that's where our nightmare begins. Purchased the home, and they were to install new flooring and give the interior a fresh paint job, nothing over the top. Painted things they should not have, ripped out flooring they should not have, over promised and under delivered. Ripped out the stairs and was told we'll replace them for free..... bathrooms less lip but was happy to use extra materials that were not allocated for the square footage ordered. All of the finishing work probably could have been completed better off by my 2 year old son. Caulking clumps everywhere.... roller marks through the skylights and 40 foot ceilings, they needed to hire a 3rd party to come in and redo all of the flooring work, replaced damaged window ceilings with lesser than builder grade material, mind you we have initially purchased the home with nice hardwood oak throughout..... all getting painted and tarnished throughout this process. This is turning into a list of absolute blunders that in reality are examples of what you do not want your hard earned money to go towards. Let alone one of the most valuable assets you potentially have in your portfolio. Anyone open to a class action lawsuit please feel free to reach out.

This review is specific to Carol Di Mundo, our Broker/Agent with Hawkins-Poe Real Estate Services…read more  We just closed on the sale of our home in Gig Harbor, WA on 1/13/2017.  She gets a definite 5 star rating for reasons described below.     Let me start by saying I was the last one interested in selling this house.  It was a personal fulfillment of a life long dream.  We chose the land.  We had a house designed for the property.  I personally built the house... all 5750 sqft.  I ultimately agreed to the sale as a concession to or in deference to my spouse inasmuch as she had decided she wanted out of Gig Harbor. As you may have gathered, this was raw and it is definitely personal!  My point is I was kind of a hostile customer to start with.  Keep that in mind as you read about my remarks about Carol.  We were originally represented by Coldwell Banker Bain by an agent/Broker I had worked with for 20 years and multiple transactions.  Our relationship and business were completely taken for granted.  It was my impression that we received nothing in terms of support or effort to get our house sold by them other than a 45 minute lecture (before I terminated the relationship) as to why their lack of a strategy and effort was the right solution.  So we switched to Carol.    Carol was amazing in so many ways.  She never stopped pouring her heart and energy into getting the property sold... and it took a long time.  She tolerated me and brought me along every step of the way.  She was always positive.  She was always thorough in her research and documentation.  She was relentless in creating new strategies and approaches to getting the word out and traffic in to see our place.  She held open houses and other events on an ongoing basis weekend after weekend.  She did targeted mailings to non-mainstream groups to market a concept. She got our home featured several times in periodicals getting it great visibility.  In short, she did everything humanly possible to get the visibility of our home as high as possible.  She was always open to new ideas.  She was always timely and prepared and NEVER, EVER gave up.   We went from almost 6000 sqft down to about 1000 sqft of living space. From a 6 car garage equivalent to a zero car garage (no garage).   Needless to say there was lots of furniture, artwork, appliances, tools and "history" to get rid of.  She was even a willing and capable resource in that regard.  I am sure I will edit this down over time, but the most important thing I liked about Carol was her humanity and grace in a very difficult transaction.  A consummate professional on all levels. My husband and I won nearly $500 worth of items in their Bainbridge Island auction. We live on Camano Island, so pickup required a ferry trip and significant travel time. The night before pickup, we noticed fraudulent activity on our bank account and our bank froze our cards. On the way to pickup, we contacted the company to explain that we would pay in cash. We were told they do not accept cash (or any payment) at the pickup site and were instructed to go to Walmart, buy a gift card, and use it to pay online before we could receive our items. This was odd, but we did it, which delayed us. After payment, we called again to confirm and to say we would be late. We were told it was fine and they would wait. While waiting for the ferry, we called once more to keep them updated. At that point they asked us to come the next morning at 9:00 a.m. instead, which we agreed to. The next morning we arrived early, but the ferry filled up and we had to wait for the next sailing. We immediately contacted the company, apologized, and explained we would arrive about 20 minutes after 9:00. During the ferry ride we received a text saying we had 90 minutes to remove our items. When we arrived, the person on site repeatedly emphasized the 90-minute limit and was rude from the start. Our items were spread throughout a three-story house, and access was only through the garage, so we were running up and down stairs and working as fast as we physically could. As the 90 minutes approached, he repeatedly demanded we choose items to "leave behind," even though we were actively moving everything out and had no intention of abandoning anything we paid for. As such we attempted to remove what we could from inside the house and placed those items next to our car to load. When the 90 minutes ended, he told us we could not take any more of our purchased items and forced us to leave items behind, even the items that we had removed but were not "in our car". He began taking those items we had already carried downstairs and were loading into our car and carried them back into the house. He also ripped a box out of my husband's hands as he was placing it in our trunk. A neighbor, who witnessed what was happening, kindly offered to let us park in his driveway so we could finish packing quickly without blocking anything. The company representative then told us we could not go to the neighbor's driveway and threatened to call the police--then actually did. When the police arrived, the neighbor confirmed we had permission to be there, and the officers told us (correctly) that this was a civil issue to work out with the company, not a police matter. Once we got home and accounted for what we were allowed to take versus what we were forced to leave, we calculated that about $180 worth of items we paid for were kept from us. To make matters worse, many of the items we did receive were not as described and/or not working. I understand "as-is" policies and that estate sales operate on tight schedules, but the way this was handled was hostile and unreasonable--especially given that we were present, working quickly, and communicating throughout the entire process. Over the past 10+ years we have worked with hundreds of estate and auction sellers and have never had an experience as disturbing as this. I strongly recommend that anyone considering bidding with this company read their contract carefully and understand that they may enforce it in a way that benefits them rather than trying to find a reasonable solution. Also worth noting: they have a physical store, so items they deem "abandoned" may simply be resold.

Your people were totally indiscriminate, or untrained because they had 20 ten gallon garbage bags full of new- still in the package, items in those bags. Along with at least 30 reusable items. But the worst was all the bags of recycling they were going to throw out. But, you wouldn't know that because you weren't considerate enough to check in on your people let alone me, the client the 3 days they were here. Even though they told me it was the biggest job you've ever had. Let's hope it's one of the last ones because you have no business doing any kind of business.

WOW, I can't remember when I spoke to a customer service rep as rude and unprofessional as Lacy…read more A few months ago, I purchased a few thousand dollars in Tile from this company. I had a problem with the installation and called to get replacement and possibly look at some more. She indicated to me that her first appointment to come into the showroom was a month out. When attempted to indicate that I already had product that I just needed to order more, she said "we're not a good fit for you" and hung up on me. I run 3 businesses... dealing with difficult clients and customer service. Behavior like this is never acceptable. Motor Mouth Lacy, in a condescending, rude, and aggressive tone hung up on me before I could explain that I was a customer looking for prior product. I actually called back to get Lacy's name, I said to her that I didn't appreciate her condescending tone, lack of professionalism and she hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice in either conversation, use profanity's or calls names. Frankly, she hung up on me less than 30 seconds after I got on to the phone. I imagine Lacy is either part owner or family member. I can't actually imagine anyone with her lack of skills and behavior is actually employed. Or maybe the employers don't know about her behavior.. that frequently happens.
