I walked into what I would call a family type atmosphere. The lady that helped me could see by looking at the capacitor that it was bad but used a proper device to test it and confirmed it was bad. I was given a very very good price for the replacement part and I was on my way. I called back the next day to inquire about cleaning the coils with coil cleaner. I was told he could sell me the solution but told me I could use Dawn dishwashing liquid with a spray bottle to get very good results. He said that's what his technicians use. Getting an appointment with Ribbit Heating/AC was particularly easy, with their dispatcher not only providing lots of opportunities for appointments, but also giving us follow-up calls on the day of, ensuring that we were home in time to meet the service techs. The two techs who arrived were both timely and courteous, swiftly diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit. They provided accurate pricing throughout the process and were done quickly. And right now?
