Came here for the first time today and was way overdue for a pedi. It had been well over a year so I was excited that I can get some me time. I walked in and the person in the front was very dry. She asked me to pick a color and ask I was looking I realized how hot it was in there. I asked if the AC was broken and she nodded no. So I'm assuming the AC was just off, mind you this is Miami. Is very unfortunate to go to nail shops like this one where there is poor customer service and a terrible attitude by the nail technician. Yolanda at this facility has anger management issues , a great level of anxiety . She is rude and refuses to customer requests . Argumentative person . She becomes visibly upset when I the customer or anyone makes a request for a service as she has basic knowledge of nail experience. She wants to do things her way and not per client needs . She expects a high tip for your services and when you don't , she refused you tend to you on your next visit . Owner is aware but only has her and 2 other tech so has to deal with this because she has no one else . Very bad for the business . Yolanda has serious attitude problem. Went to get acrylic tips put on yesterday, and the good news is that I didn't wait at all, since I was a walk in. I explained what I wanted and the tech got started. All in all she did a good job and my tips look nice, but she was a bit rough and I was bleeding on two fingers before she was done. It's day two and my nail beds are still rather sore from how roughly she buffed the tops of the nails. My comment would be to remember that you're not working on a mannequin, but a living hand with feelings. Don't be so rough! read more

First time customer. Came in Dec 23. No appointment. Waited less than 5 minutes and was sat down in a chair for pedicure. Girl did a good pedicure. I would have preferred a little more pressure but still good. Another guy did my gel manicure and he was amazing. Took his time, detail oriented, re-did the nails because they got slightly messed up ( I would have left as is but liked that he is that meticulous) Nails came out great and I will definitely be returning. **edited to add in regards to previous posts about it being unsanitary, I saw nothing of that. On the contrary they cleaned all their equipment in front of me, used a liner for the pedicure, and disinfected everything. Yes they spoke amongst themselves but I could care less. His attention to detail and the time he dedicates to each client is unparalleled. Austin- he's an all around superstar but his strength is acrylic nails. He will have your cat claws looking like you got them done by a celebrity nail tech. Jenny- wonderful at mani pedis and eyebrows. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been getting acrylics done for over 10 years, that is almost half of my life, so understand I am a veteran at this. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of respect. To begin with the attention and service I received was horrible. The staff is rude and uncaring, the man that did my nails was so rough he even made me bleed. Not only was the service rude they did a terrible job, the very next day one of my nails chipped. I went back the next day to get my chipped nail fixed and the staff was even ruder than the first time. On top of that instead of just fixing the chipped nail the guy took off my entire nail and did a new layover of the acrylic, which wasn't the problem it was the way he did it. He was so rude and treated me like I was a nuisance. When he was finish and I asked how much I need to pay I was told it was $5, which I stated was a lot for something that was their fault to begin with. That was when I was informed that since I get a fill and not a new set they only put new acrylic on the part that has grown out and not throughout the whole nail. Let me tell you that in my 10 years of consistently getting my baila done I had NEVER heard of such foolishness. It has only been a week since I got my nails done and 3 more nails have broken. We sat down and within 3 minutes the worker walked up to us and told us that we could not get our pedicure done. When I questioned, why he said he did have enough employees. i wish i could give this nail salon 0 stars. the male owner did my nails i wanted pink acrylic with a glitter over the acrylic, pretty simple. i called made an appointment. the man not only refused to give me the pink acrylic & got pretty mad when i asked for it even though i could see the box of acrylic powders next to his desk. he also refused to give me the shape i wanted, coffin. the square shape he gave me was awful, it wasn't even. my nails broke after 2 days. he kept pulling my hands , and the place was extremely dirty and full of flies. i do not recommend. read more

Service is bad from the front desk to the nail tech. 1st. Did my nails, nail tech decided to take a cigarette break mid into my nail session super rude. Prices were a little high. 2nd time went in at 6:25 told me to sit down to wait after about 15-20 min they tell me they're closing and can't take me in 3rd time went in told them I needed a refill, gave me attitude because 3 nails needed to be completed done because they broke.
