Tuan has done my taxes for years! As I do not care too much for their service cause they can come off as rude and rushing. But I literally just make an appt and have him do my taxes and go on about my business. He has helped me benefit from my returns so that's why I keep returning back to him even if I live in Virginia now. read more

Worst service ever. Tuan Tran did my taxes online in June 2020 and never followed up or received an update, only to find out in November they got rejected due a mistake and he never informed me. I had to go back to his Office and did everything again but by paper. We are in 2021 and still the IRS hasn't processed anything. This company i9s the worst, Tuan never replies to my messages or phone calls. He charges on the spot to do taxes and then forgets about it, 5 months and he never reached out to me to follow up. This man crazy. The owners name is Tuan and we used him to file our taxes for the last few years. Usually all is well but this year I noticed that the schedule A was missing so my husband emailed him to ask where the form is. He was short and said this year he will not be providing clients with the Schedule A which is very unusual. We paid this man $80.00 a to file our taxes and although he's the "expert" it is always best to double check since our signatures are on the forms. He emailed my husband the schedule A and I noticed the home owners insurance premium was incorrect so my husband emailed him again and this is the response we received. Hi Joe, That is man. This is the final year I help you to prepare tax. Go somewhere else next year please don't come back. I really don't have time for your question. Take close look on the Schedule A and everything would be in there. Do you think you ask too much for $80 fee? Why don't you ask me at the time I prepared tax for you? If you don't trust what I was doing, then don't come back man Don't email me any more question please, if you have any question just come to my office and wait for the answer OK! I tried asking him a question and he straight out told me that he doesn't need my business, if I need something I should just go somewhere else, which I happily will. I think Tuan obtained his CPA out of a cereal box because I just can't understand how a crazy person can be in a profession at all. We hired Tuan to take care of our new business. Many times our phone calls went unanswered, texts went unanswered and office was frequently closed. Our business has been open for a little over 4 weeks now and every time I would ask him for an update on our Beer Wine license something came up. The first time I asked about it he asked me to text him some documents, which I did. A few days later I asked if everything was okay and then he told me I needed to text him better pictures. Which I didn't understand why he hadn't just told me earlier instead of telling me days later when I ask for an update. Then later I called for another update, he asked for a passport. Once we started asking him whether or not he knew a passport was required and questioning what else he needed because clearly we were upset with the situation because he would only ask for things if I contacted him...he blew up. He started raging why we were mad, he said he doesn't have time for our questions, and if we're not happy with his service to go somewhere else, and finally he said he didn't want to do anything for us and hung up the phone. The whole situation was shocking because yes while we were upset that it seemed like he wasn't really taking care of us we were in no way rude or disrespectful, we were just asking questions and he completely freaked out. He is unprofessional, rude and crazy!!!! We went to his office and took back our documents that he had and turns out he never applied for our license to begin with!!! He was lying the whole time! So now we're 4 weeks in..thought everything was applied for....but nope..we have to find a professional CPA and apply and who knows how much longer it will take. We wasted 4 weeks! He practically sabotaged our business! He probably did it on purpose. His wife is a liar too because prior to getting my documents back I spoke with her about the situation and how her husband got mad for no reason she said that he applied for the license and we just have to wait and that he's hot tempered but after he calms down he's fine. Uhm. No lady, I feel sorry for you but your husband is crazy. If none of this makes you stay clear of this man...you deserve to get screwed over! He's hot tempered, unprofessional, rude, immature and just insane. If he can't handle clients asking questions or if he can't admit his faults when he screws up and throws a fit and freaks out like a 16 year old girl going through puberty he shouldn't be a CPA. read more
