Before I hired the company, Steve, along with manager Manuel Amarillo, were very generous with their time and provided me with a variety of products and quotes. In fact, the "leading brand" window company that I had previously conducted business with now "requires" two homeowners for a window quote. Really? What a demeaning tactic. From start to finish, Manny communicated with me every step of the way and showed up at the exact time promised and handled the job efficiently with a smile on his face.
