They arrived when they said they would and they were both smiling and extended their hands when I greeted them at the door. We were off to a good start! The furniture was in my lower level and most items were very heavy and bulky. I have a fairly narrow staircase and steep stairs. They handled moving the items with great care. They were very professional but what struck me the most was how friendly, considerate, and respectful they were. That kind of attitude goes a long way with me. They worked efficiently and got the job done in less than 1 1/2 hours. I hope the owner of the company appreciates how outstanding James and Brenden are. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
