We had the plan set and then CO got his with a huge unusual snow storm. Tim contacted me immediately to coordinate an alternate date. This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. Tim was instrumental in helping with the coordination between me, my son and the landlord. Tim provided what I call the 'Effortless Customer Experience'.
