Toy Town is our favorite store in Sedona, we have grandchildren. It's filled with educational products, books and creative ideas. We love it! It's small and compacted, chalked full of cool toys! We lived in Sedona and our grandson, Harry, couldn't wait to visit Toy Town. One of his favorite toys was an Airplane he put together and could take apart on a moments notice. On the way to the store, with the newspaper ad in his hand, he showed everyone exactly what he was going to purchase :) Great memories of Toy Town and a lovely day spent in Tlaquepaque. read more

My mom and I had a great time in this store, looking for things for my young nephews. The employee behind the counter was nice and made sure I was okay after I dropped my water bottle. They had a great selection. We bought shirts and dinosaur heads that my nephews will be able to grab with their hands. read more

Toys, Toys, Toys! 4th of July and all I can think about is toys! Pool toys, water balloons, slip n slides.... We were on our Southwestern road trip and found this tiny toy shop filled with items for big dreamers! Sedona is a dream haven after all! Dreamers big and small! I loved the local books, plush dolls and stone collections that were representative of the area! Toys were off my mind for a moment when discovering a collection of scented hair brushes, is it a toy or a beauty product? Who knows! We picked up several unique items for the grand babes because that's what we do on our travels. A scented hair brush was purchased in each aroma.. Goody Goody Grape Drop was my flavor of choice! Boy is this toy store packed it's a small room filled with toys. Any kids dream but not so much a parents. Pricing was not horrible and there's a little bit of everything. I'd say be prepared to feel cramp and kids to be excited it is a small space read more

Love this store. They have fun toys with a nice layout. Jessica the lady who was working was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my son got the toy he wanted. Because of her attention we spent an addition $30 so it pays to be kind! I hope she owns the store but if she doesn't she should at LEAST be running the place. Surprised by the poor reviews as I found the lovely young woman running the shop to be very congenial. My husband and I came here on our babymoon to pick up a souvenir for our then soon to be born baby. Between my husband, me, and my third trimester baby bump there wasn't much space left in this tiny toy store, which is delightfully stuffed with fun toys and books. It's definitely a toddler's delight, as most of the toys were more in the 3+ age range, but there was a small baby section, and a robust library, with an ample selection of board books. Tlaquepaque Toy Town is a fun shop and a nice departure from the high end boutiques in the rest of Tlaquepaque hocking ceramics and quilts in every shop. read more

Rude and unfriendly, with poor customer service. The woman on staff lost a sale from us as she wasn't interested in serving us at all.

Not very friendly. Walked in with my kids and the lady didn't bother to greet us even if she was standing right by the door. My kids were excited but the environment was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. read more

Argued with me when I returned a toy I purchased the day prior for my daughter after opening the store 15 minutes late. I purchased the wrong version and was told all sales were final even though the receipt said I had 30 days....called the BBB and Sedona Chamber of Commerce to advise of this poor unprofessional and unethical business. The elderly lady stated "You have no idea who we are" indicating she was well known in the community and had ties or special. I also would encourage the Fire Marshall to visit this place due to the cluttering of toys and minimal space to walk inside the store. Stay away is my thought and we will never visit there again. This business gives a poor vibe in beautiful Sedona and what a shame. read more

This little gem of a toy store located at Tlaquepaque is one of my favorite stores. I LOVE to shop here, they have toys, books, puzzles, and so more for all ages!! The staff was very helpful. They offer FREE gift wrapping if you need it!!! read more

This is an awesome little store. My sister and I brought my 5 month old nephew in. The staff was helpful. They had some really awesome baby stuff we picked up a couple teethers. They also had an extensive game section that I spent plenty of time rifling through. Great experience keep it up! read more

Walked in for about 10 min and my 3 year old son was accused of stealing a tea cup from a set....she actually searched his pockets! Said to leave my number so the manager can call me and tell me how much i owe them.......45 min later cashier called me and said she confirmed with the owner it was in fact already missing.. i appreciated the call but very uncalled for! Especially checking his pockets! Hes 3!! I will never ever shop there again.. read more

What a great find! I went shopping for my grandkids. The staffer was a very nice, very knowledgeable woman who made shopping a delight. She asked who I was shopping for (age/gender) and pointed out relevant areas, answered my questions and was generally great company. Because the store has so much to choose from her guidance made choosing the perfect items a breeze. read more

This store is a bit cluttered however I brought my two boys (ages 3 and 5) and we were in there for about 45 minutes. We never felt pressured to leave and the clerk even played with my boys. Prices are a little inflated but remember you are in Sedona afterall. read more

As others have mentioned, the toy store is super cluttered. They have toys out of their boxes to display and as expected, children will reach for the toys to play. The older lady at the cash register scolded our 2 year old for playing with the trucks. First, if you don't want the toys to be played with, don't have them out for display. Second, if you are a grump, don't work at a toy store. They do have a good selecting of toys, a little pricier, but understandable due to the quality. read more

Very upset with the customer service I received here. I called after I had visited to inquire about a product I almost bought but didn't. Frankly I intended to order through them and ship to me but the saleswoman refused to even give me the name of the product and insisted I come in in person which is not possible since I'm out of town . The door was closed so it seemed the place was closed, but it wasn't. Store had interesting selection of toys, but very cluttered and also pricey!! There was an older lady working the cash register who was rude. My 7 year old daughter placed a toy at the counter while I was paying but I decided not to get it for her. She told my daughter, "you need to put it back where it belongs." Last time I checked, that was HER job and we are the customers. If I worked the desk, I would've waited till afterwards to put the item back. I was suddenly thankful that I was only buying one cheap item because I felt horrible supporting such a business that had treated my daughter so rudely. She kept giving my daughter weird and uncomfortable glances. I would not return here. read more

I needed something to take back to the kids and came in here. Oddly, the door was closed, which struck me as off-putting. Don't you want people to come into your store? Inside, the store is cluttered. I am sure there is logic to the arrangement, but it seemed confused. Prices seem high, probably due to the location. I fear going on line to see what I could have paid for my purchases. The storekeeper also commented on everything I picked up, which I don't like. read more

Tons of toys, a little pricey but some unique ideas.

We moved here 2yrs ago from the city so it's hard to find toys beyond Walmart selection in the area. Yes, the older lady isn't helpful but the other employee has been pleasant and given us a lot of suggestions. The toys are perfect for our family with prices comparable online. We enjoy bringing the children as they can play with the toys. read more

Both times we have come here (2) the young there is a young girl working .. we came up from the valley round christmas time we spent about 90 $ which the girl then notified me if I spend 10 more Dollars she will ship the stuff for free .. $100 and they ship for free and you don't even have to fuss with shipping Christmas toys. then hubby and I came in a second time recently and she still recognized us..... wow... costumer service is great here ... read more
