This is one of my favorite shops in Williams! My husband and I have been through it several times to browse and pick up some taffy. The last time we came, the cow hide rugs caught our eye, and we knew that when we moved into our new house we would have to have a cow hide rug from our favorite shop in Williams as a statement piece in our home! We made a trip recently just for the rug and ended up finding the perfect fit right away. Prices seemed reasonable, and the staff was helpful in folding up and packaging up the rug for us. We also love their selection of "Lazy One" apparel etc.! Lots of neat stuff in this gift shop, so be sure to check them out when you are in Williams! read more

Another one of the many souvenir shops in Williams. Arizona, Williams, Rt. 66, Grand Canyon merchandise may all be found here. The Rt. 66 inspired shops all seem to be 1/3 the same type stuff and 2/3 different. This shop was no exception. They do have a fun supply of hot sauces. Many may be found in grocery stores. There are some fun ones that are not as common. There is also a selection of retro inspired candies. The plant yourself traveling cactus gardens were cute. They also sold ones that were pre planted. Cowhide rugs are another item that was unique to this shop. Customer service was friendly. read more

Went in here for salt water taffy around 7:30 on a snowy Monday. Upon asking what time they closed, the cashier said she didn't know and was playing it by ear. We did find this odd but were just turned away at Pizza Factory next door, who said they were getting ready to close (1.5 hours before their advertises closing time). Must be a small town thing? But anywhoo, the cashier was very sweet and pointed us in the direction of the taffy room, which had tons of barrels with differing flavors to choose from. There were also other unique treats and other large rooms with gifts, clothing, toys and Rte. 66 gear. A few random items we glanced at seemed pretty pricey but that is to be expected in a tourist shop. The service was great and we got what we came for. We spent a little over $6 on our taffy but really wished that they had grape and watermelon flavors. Crossing fingers for next year when we stop in. read more

This is my hot sauce "apothecary." I stop in every time in Williams. My favorite, thus far, has been the Hula Girl Chipotle hot sauce, which is temporarily out of stock. I found a "Semper Fi" hot sauce for my hubby on my last trip. They have BBQ sauces and lots of nifty kitchen gadgetry in the hot sauce room. The front of the shop offers up touristy things like Old West/ John Wayne paraphernalia, little kid cowboy accessories, rock candy, polished rocks, some kind of food mixes and ..um I don't remember what else. I just run to the hot sauce and gadgetry room! Caramels for sale at the register! (As for the yummy Hula Girl, the company just relocated from Hawaii to TX, so I think they are smoothing out distribution.) read more

There are many tourist shops in Williams. Some are friendly and others a bit less. This is one of the shops we enjoy visiting. While in Williams this past weekend we stopped in and did some looking. Irma was the lady working in the store. She was very friendly and enjoyed hearing about our visit to Williams. She helped us find what we wanted. The next day we decided to buy some jewelry and when we walked back in the store Irma greeted us by name. That nice smile and caring attitude goes a long way. She helped my wife find the perfect pair of ear rings and the price was great. This is a store we will be back in next time we are there. read more

Nice shop as far as tourist merchandise goes - they do have pottery made by local (I assume) artists and I bought some as gifts. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. I didn't like the fact that I was asked to both enter my pin and sign a receipt when using a debit card -- waiting to see if I'm charged twice. I was told it was store policy. I think the receipts just print out with a signature line and whoever runs the place hasn't taken the time to figure out what's going on. Who knows. So just use your credit card next time and save yourself the discussion. Prices are reasonable for a tourist shop. read more

The Copper Canyon Trading gift shop is one of the best gift shops in Williams, AZ. We enjoy visiting Williams for several reasons, and walking through the shops is one of them. During our last visit in late October, we were greeted by a very nice lady. Her name is Irma. She was very helpful and hospitable. She has a genuine care for the customers and the business.
