This place is amazing! Gina the owner is there 24/7. She loved my girls, she stayed in touch with photos and texts and she made me feel from the moment I met her that my dogs would be loved and taken care of....and that they were. Gravy is dog reactive, so I was apprehensive about boarding him with other dogs. The staff there have been amazingly accommodating with him, and there's never been a major incident. When one minor incident did occur, to no fault of the staff, they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. Gravy seems genuinely excited to get dropped off there, and the staff seems to love him. The photos they take of him each day reassure me that he's having a fantastic time. We have a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix and he was in rough shape. But thanks to Dogz Gone Wild, they fixed him right up! I'm sure long haired dogs aren't the easiest to groom, especially when their undercoat is a bit matted like Teddy's was. He looks absolutely amazing now though! He came home happy and looks like a brand new dog. The staff is so friendly and communicate really well. We were updated the whole time. They took the time to really care for our dog and did a thorough job. We can't wait to see them in 8 weeks when Teddy goes back!!
