I spoke with their service and booked a date for yesterday for carpet cleaning of 5 rooms. Randy and his assistant arrived early and were extremely personable and helpful. I appreciated the way Randy took the time to explain their process. He answered my questions, while providing additional information to make sure I understood everything. I would give Clean Solutions 5 stars. I had some flood damage to the carpeting in the lowest level of my split level. I needed fast service in order to try to dry out and save as much as possible. Amidst a busy day, they were able to fit me in by the end of the day. They were very professional, worked quickly, and worked late to get as much water up as possible. They offered good advice on how to proceed over the next few days to minimize the damage. Their price was very reasonable - less than I anticipated.
