They did the repair at a very fair price and starting is no longer an issue for him. Super nice folks, they gave me a ride back home. Get a call a few hours later telling me it's ready....do you need a ride? You don't get that kind of service from the chain shops. Auto repairs aren't cheap but for what was done it was very fair. Overall very impressed. Hopefully don't need any more repairs, but if I do I will definitely be going back.

Yesterday, now that I had a chance to inspect myself, it took me ninety seconds to find the separation between my drive shaft and differential. He stands by his service, feels that his inability to identify the obvious mechanical failure is worth $135, and refuses a refund thereof. He even stated that this is a very rare issue, yet it took me thirty seconds to discover that there was a recall for this. Somehow this guy considered himself a professional. Far from it. Piss poor standards, to say the least, and piss poor customer service on top of that. That'll teach me to vet a privately owned businesses before I put any trust in them. Y'all do yourselves a favor, and don't!

I was called early in the day to say it would be an extra $50.00. I okayed that but when I got there I owed $134.00. To top things off the back was filthy!. The owner actually came out and cleaned the liftgate and back area as best he could at 5:15 after they had closed. The lady told me she had her best 3 guys on it. Well, if they were her best, it goes to show you cannot get good help these days, and again $259.00 for a trailblazer. They said I had lots of hair...I have a shih tzu who sits in the front on the rare occasions he is in the car and he does not shed. Very sad, disappointed! Would NEVER pay that much for this service, especially as I am trading the car in on Friday. I do NOT recommend this company for detailing unless you have $$$$$ to throw away.

When I got it back the steering column was chopped, not secured and my knuckles scraped the dash pad & my knees didnt fit under the steering wheel. It had leaks. Wiring didnt work. Even got pulled over by police not knowing turn signal didnt work. Doors didnt line up. Windows clanked against eachother. Rocker panel fell off. I could go on. They took my stuff the car originally came to them with like tires, rims, '67 muatang hub caps. I saw my steering wheel in another car. Ot seems they chop your car up and use it for other cars. They had my car for over 2 years. Charged me 3x as much for restoration that stinks! My car is now at another shop being corrected. Dont go here. Just dont!

I got a $6000 paint job that is horrible, and engine that doesn't shift properly, power steering leaking, horrible exhaust and an entire interior that was ripped out and not put back the way they found it! All they could say was take it to your local shop to get it fixed! They will not take any responsibility for the work they did or better yet what they screwed up and won't fix! This is a shop that takes your money for a dream job and gives you back nightmare! Stay away from this company and never use them! Make sure you tell all your friends to stay away. They actually disabled the check engine light so I could drive it home! Within a couple hours I was sent a detailed list of things from their courtesy inspection that needed repair along with photos. And soon after received a phone call with the details and he was happy to help with any questions I had. My reasoning for a missing star was I asked for the details on the $159 inspection and was told everything looked great, but that could have been because the seller wiped it clean (?!). I'm just your typical women who knows nothing about cars and had no idea this was possible. I felt taken advantage of for not being told about this before I agreed to pay $159. On top of that, there was some kind of $12 fee I was not told about that brought my total to $172 after taxes. I really appreciate their kind customer service and their nice clean waiting room but I would still recommend anyone who has no clue about cars to ask around before spending money here.

Took my car in with issues of jumping RPM's, slow to speed up and sometimes wouldn't go faster than 10 mph. It would complelty stall to 0 RPM if I braked in traffic. It's been a couple of years since I had that car and I now know that those are very clear signs of a bad transmission. Something these people would definitely have known, but instead decided to hide behind not being able to read what was wrong with the car because the battery didn't have any history on it. BAD people, I hope no one else has to go through this.

They didn't have the Michelin tires we needed in stock, but promised they could have them for us first thing Monday morning. We shopped around to see if we could find a dealer who had the right tires in stock. Went to two national chain tire shops, and the car dealer. No one could get the tires for us sooner than Tuesday, so we went back to Bañuelos. They ordered the tires and told us to come first thing Monday morning. The tires were in as promised, and they were able to accommodate our tall RV in their garage. Service performed was great and on time. Price paid including installation was competitive with the other shops. Felt better giving my business to a local independent shop rather than a big chain. I highly recommend this tire shop and would return if I lived in the area.

I ended up leaving without any kind of prewash or towels others received. As for the wash itself, very VERY skint on chemicals and soap. Do yourself a favor and find one of the washes at the grocery store. They're far better maintained and stocked. A HUGE waste of money and time.
