Dropped off on Sunday night for them to start on Monday morning. We were told it would take 1 day and possibly one overnight (2 days). On day 2, we called for an update. They were struggling to get a bolt off and did not want to break it. We followed up on Day 3, same result with the bolt. Day 4, we followed up around 3pm, still cannot get a bolt off. It was not going to be done until at least Friday. Now we are up against a weekend. After a friendly conversation with Daniel, he said they could put it back together and we could come pick the car up because I was not understanding nor believed how it takes 5 days to get a bolt off. Picked the car up Friday morning. Took it to another shop around the corner Sunday night. Monday morning they reached out to my daughter (that is customer service) and asked who had been in her car because there were several broken bolts and the oil line going to the turbo was broken. No worries, they fixed it and we had it back on Tuesday. 1.5 days and it would have been 1 day but they had to fix what Gardner broke and lied about. I called to speak to Daniel about this and his response was "I am happy you were able to get it fixed." I know now that the problem was never that they could not get the bolts off, they broke it and tried to buy time by lying and could not fix what they broke. They never once reached out to us. They only way we knew anything was if we called ourselves, and clearly they were not honest about what was going on. After asking around, it makes sense. This is also a garage that people go to that will pass their car for an inspection when it should not. Shady all the way around. Do yourself a favor and avoid taking your car here.

I had to take my car and come back, I noticed other things not addressed such as a gapped grill. Went back and it took another week. I had went by and told my car was ready but they noticed something else off so they wouldn't release it to me but that the paint chip was fixed already, we saw it and it was not fixed at all. Basically took a paint pen to fill it, but it was still gapped. Like the insurance person at the shop overseeing my repairs had no control or oversight of the body shop staff back there actually working on my car. I finally got it back and it seemed fix, but makes me wonder what I couldn't see and if it had the same quality of repair. Insurance person at the shop was friendly, but the service wasn't what it should be.
