I have terrible knees and honestly didn't feel any pain and for the first time they didn't make sounds when I moved them. Drink lots of water and bring a little sweat towel for your face! Initial sign up costs a bit but the monthly isn't bad at all. Do read how long the actual contract is for. Takeaways: the workout is great and feels great on sore muscles and joints but paying the start up is pretty spendy (not saying it's not worth it)
