I was ignored for four days (they have 50 plus inquiries a day but do not finish reserving times and dates for spoken to customers) only to be told my day now was booked. The saddest part is my child is autistic and loves animals and I invited SO many people after finding this company having specific animals and being told they had a date for me changed the date to fit THEIR AVAILABILITY. They gave it away to someone who inquired back in March but couldn't finish communicating with me to finish booking me the day of. Reading other reviews Im glad I was ignored so I can book elsewhere.

They offer enough space for the animals to wander around comfortably alongside visitors who pay a fee to enter the pen. For me, viewing from the outside is more than sufficient to have a good time, observing all the playful behavior going on inside the enclosure. A nice variety of four-legged creatures and waddling ducks. The giant tortoise was especially beautiful.
