I was ignored for four days (they have 50 plus inquiries a day but do not finish reserving times and dates for spoken to customers) only to be told my day now was booked. The saddest part is my child is autistic and loves animals and I invited SO many people after finding this company having specific animals and being told they had a date for me changed the date to fit THEIR AVAILABILITY. They gave it away to someone who inquired back in March but couldn't finish communicating with me to finish booking me the day of. Rabbits and all sorts of other little friendly animals. One little guy stuffed his nose in the hay and got it all over his face - and one of the caretakers was quick to brush all that away and make him beautiful again. Every piece of fur perfectly in place. Little kids need this sort of experience. Too much cell phones, video games, TicTac. Don't let your kid turn into a zombie in front of the television - get some petting zoo action!!

For me, viewing from the outside is more than sufficient to have a good time, observing all the playful behavior going on inside the enclosure.
