I didn't like the way it turned out and wanted to extend it/make it larger and they said they couldn't do it. I'm still confused by that. I worked with a separate landscape company to landscape the rest of my backyard and there seems to be a lot of finger pointing between companies. In the end I'm stuck with a product that I'm not satisfied with. It was difficult to get them to actually do the job and once they did I feel like it was rushed. Project started in December and the winds from the winter time blew the putting green over because it wasn't "completed". I was staring at an upside down putting green with nails coming out of it until May. Extreme safety hazard with little kids.

Joe suggested synthetic grass because I had a city yard with no time/space for lawn maintenance. His vision for my yard was spot on, he turned my quote around in a few days. There were snags along the way, what we thought was one heavy piece of granite turned into an excavation of an old brick factory in my back yard-I was panicked.
