Disappointing experience working with this company. They did my putting green that I have in my back yard. I didn't like the way it turned out and wanted to extend it/make it larger and they said they couldn't do it. I'm still confused by that. I worked with a separate landscape company to landscape the rest of my backyard and there seems to be a lot of finger pointing between companies. In the end I'm stuck with a product that I'm not satisfied with. It was difficult to get them to actually do the job and once they did I feel like it was rushed. Project started in December and the winds from the winter time blew the putting green over because it wasn't "completed". Being in the landscape industry they are my go to for all of my synthetic turf needs. The staff is extremely helpful, generous and kind. Unlike most places the amount of options and the amount of stock sets them apart. Oh and not to mention they PICK UP the phone and answer emails!!!!! read more

We are not only thrilled with the process of installing turf in our dog daycare yards at All Dogs Gym in Manchester, New Hampshire, we are thrilled anew every day! New England Turf Store recommended SYNLawn pet premium turf, which was installed by the Atlantic Sports Group. Johnny Sinkins, our point person, was fantastic to work with. He coordinated all the moving parts and people to get our project done on time. Always responsive and happy to answer all of our questions. Matt Boudreau was our site manager for the sub-straight installation and his attention to detail was top notch. He did some very creative problem solving, found us a great rock for the Zen Garden and, when we had a problem sourcing a concrete tunnel for our Skate Park ramp, trouble-shot a way to use a piece of equipment we already had on site. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. He and his team went above and beyond with our requests and really brought this project to life. He also worked cooperatively with our fencing company to help cut down the time-line and get us back up and running smoothly. The company as a whole was: * Knowledgeable about what we, as a large dog care facility, would need vs smaller projects. * Made creative suggestions we would not have thought of. * Listened to our needs and customized a plan that would work for us. * Responsive and patient with our 1001 questions. Explained every step of the plan along the way. * Worked very well with our other contractors * Documented the whole process with photos and drone shots that will be great for marketing our wonderful new yards. * Quickly respond for small fixes as they arise (or as the dogs make them necessary)--including repairs in another turf yard that they didn't install. * Fast turnaround time for the size of the project and met agreed upon deadlines. * At the completion of the project, they put things together as if they were never here. * Every member of their team was SO NICE and professional! * WE LOVE OUR TURF! Small jobs that are well done pave the way for larger contracts. NE Turf Store apparently does not realize this. My pet grass order was short 5"4". In six months I've been told numerous times that the missing piece will be sent or dropped off and that I "will have it by the end of the week." This should not be an impossible task. At one point I asked them to refund me the difference and was told, "don't worry, I'll take care of it myself and you'll get the missing piece." Still no pet grass! Now we are looking at pool surrounds for an in-ground pool. We will want a finished job so sorry New England Turf, you are not in the running! Update: Received the pet grass after posting this review. It's unfortunate it had to happen this way. read more

Excellent Company! They are extremely knowledgeable about all the products they offer and helped me pick the perfect, pet-friendly, one for the area I was looking to surface for my two small dogs.
