Truth Fitness is my 1st experience where I got a sculpted workout tailored to my body type. It's professional yet flexible for my schedule. I knew I would need someone who kept me personally accountable without bullying me into fitness. I got lucky because Vincent is intuitive & patient in a way that doesn't let me wimp out. The routine starts the same; few minutes of cardio to get my heart rate going....then we move around the gym rotating a variety of new focused exercises. He shows me a move & tells me how many reps to do. If I can exceed that number he challenges me to add a few more; if I'm about to fall out he slows me down. I love the events such as wine tasting - I think it was over 60 wines; the in-depth Pilates events, they recently updated the gym equipment, the coaches are great with fabulous playlist and there are a lot of community focused events. It's a really big tennis facility so if you're in to racket sports, this is the place for you. I still have my LT membership and that being said the locker rooms need an update. Integrating to a system that allows me to schedule tennis, massages etc as well as scan into the club would make things more convenient. I don't have traditional car keys so having to carry a single tiny card with me can be a bit frustrating. They are contract based - 1 year minimum but there is definitely value if you live or work in the area.
