My mother recently stayed here for a week. Most of the staff were kind and responsive however a male Doctor was was not so kind and had no bedside manner. All rooms are private rooms which is very nice. Nurses were amazing and kind. The real downside here is that they don't have the staff for anything beyond basic medicine. No specialists, no outside consults. It was very frustrating for my mother to sit around with no real answers and be told she should see a specialist when she was released. It would be great if they could get some specialists to go there and consult on cases! read more

Brand new 60 bed Hospital and Emergency Room at Drexel and Houghton. 1st day and my mom had to check in with an emergency. She was admitted as patient #2! Great staff and lots of attention. I scheduled an appointment with Urgent Care the day after being told to go to my PCP by their ER staff. Arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early for paperwork etc incase and no one was present. I assumed maybe I was just to early--but the doors were locked (Online states open 8-8). Appointment time comes no one is there. I called 5 times no pick up. I tried to call for assistance and there was nothing they could do except try to transfer me back to the Urgent Care Department. I'm not angry, but I was scared I was desperate in their parking lot because I've been so sick and no one will help. Was also told my PCP still takes my insurance even though I was told to stop going to her because she didn't. Very confused and honestly disappointed. read more

Wow this place is beautiful. I had a full knee replacement dr Preston smith is professional knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend him. The staff professional caring and fantastic. Believe it or now the food is great. But to my surprise the ceo of the hospital came in to visit and get my opinion of my care and the hospital. I have never experienced or heard of this. My daughter waited 2 hours and $150.00 later was told there is nothing they can do for her. They suggested she go to the emergency room where she would have to pay a higher co-payment. If urgent care cannot assist they should not charge you! We will NEVER go back there! read more

Horrible and totally useless! Did not obtain the requested records when I began with her. Did not order any of the proceedures required for my cancer, heart problems, actually nothing. Not one order for cheat xrays, follow up on my cancer nor anything else for that matter. I highy doubt she or her totally incompetant staff even bothered to obtain my extensive records from my prior doctos based upon the lack of any sorrt of follow up by Dr. Chan. She is involved with TMC One Rincon, which involves many hours of waiting on hold to speak to a person at a phone center plus they never follow up anything! Useless is much too kind. Dr. Chan is rude, ignorant and incompetent at levels I have not experienced in my 75 years! Stay far awway from Dr. Chan and certainly TC One.......... read more

My family and I have been to this facility for years. On this very last visit it was my daughters 6 year well visit check. We were scheduled a year in advance to see our usual Dr when TMC called last minute to reschedule us with DR TAYLOR J DALSING. Our visit went like usual and nothing out of the ordinary was needed since this was a well visit check. A month later I receive a bill to pay a co payment in the amount of $30 even though we have BCBS FEP and our kids don't have a copayment on scheduled well visits. DR TAYLOR J DALSING marked my child's well visit as an office visit after we had left. When I called TMC billing department they told me that DR TAYLOR J DALSING made notes that made the charge occur. During my daughters appointment nothing was talked about outside of the norm. DR TAYLOR J DALSING is a pediatrician at the TMC Rincon location and we will never see her again since this incident and don't recommend her. The billing department and our insurance company both said doctors will do this often to score both the well visit check and the office visit payout. DR TAYLOR J DALSING tried to get both payments until TMC billing took off the well visit charge to my insurance (since they said the doctor can't charge for both even though DR TAYLOR J DALSING tried). After they removed the well visit charge they of course wanted the copayment of $30 even though they get lesser money in the end from the insurance and patient. I again addressed to them that this was a scheduled well visit check from a year in advance and not an office visit. They said due to the way DR TAYLOR J DALSING worded her notes the charge can't go away. I asked TMC what was written down in the notes and DR TAYLOR J DALSING wrote that she gave us two referrals and information on a nonexistent rash on my daughter (both of these things I never received. Also they couldn't tell me what kind of rash she wrote down, since there is no rash on my daughter so she couldn't diagnose anything). Most people don't even get billed for these things let alone mislead that they received this information from a doctor. I hope DR TAYLOR J DALSING's company addresses her mistake especially because they could've gotten a bigger payment from my insurance company if she would've just charged us the well visit check and not an office visit. I guess she thought she was going to get both. Thank goodness TMC billing and BCBS helped us stop this doctor from double billing. We never received an apology or a resolution on how to stop DR TAYLOR J DALSING from doing this again. We'll just be sure to not go back and tell as many people in Vail and Tucson as possible. read more

Dr. Chan was the RUDEST, most CONDESCENDING, DISMISSIVE doctor I have EVER been to! I asked for an allergy shot, was told to "go to an allergist", asked about a low TSH test, she says "low normal! If you want a different answer, go to an naturopath". Wow! Has the bedside manner of a doorknob. I will go to urgent care before I EVER go back. read more

Cannot keep PCPs to save their life. Management is dismissive and employees are also micromanaged. If you want to establish with a great PCP and then get attached and have them leave within the year- this is the perfect spot. read more

Beautiful new building with several primary providers they also have LabCorp and Radiology Ltd. They have Tucson Orthopaedic and physical therapy. Also Obstetrics & Gynecology those are the only offices that I am sure about. My primary is there and I just can't say enough about her she's great! Inability to keep doctors, sloppy record keeping and incorrect billing all rolled into one. I had an appointment to see Dr Cohen for the medicare wellness exam. I was told he "retired" and that Dr Vance would see me. When i arrived for the exam i was told Dr Vance is no longer there and i would see Dr Brown. He was pleasant enough and in the course of our conversation told me Dr Cohen did not retire but "quit" to go into the junk metal business. He then ventured his opinion that this place was losing money. Within 2 weeks of seeing Dr Brown i received a letter saying he is no longer with Tmc. This does not build confidence in the place. When i looked at the summary of my visit about half the information on the new patient form i filled out was incorrectly recorded. Dates mixed up-my birthday was listed as the date of several tests. Last but not least i received a notice that i was billed for a patient visit and NOT for the wellness exam-although the exam room was plastered with notices telling me this was a wellness exam-the bare minimum. All in all an experience so pitiful you have to laugh about it-except this is a medical facility dealing with patient's health. All i can say is keep away from this place- i cant imagine any other facility being this bad. read more

This is one of the better doctors offices I have been to, and I am glad I switched over to it. I use to be at the location on the TMC campus, and it was not the best. Everyone here is friendly and always willing to help. Dr. Brown does take his time with you, and actually will listen to your needs. Dont listen to the review of the radiology because its actually a sperate company altogether. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and this location!! read more

So glad to have a facility so close and they have everything. I had severe stomach issues to where I lost 30 lbs in 2 weeks but was not trying. I just could not keep food and drink down. My PCM sent me to the bariatric surgeon and it was the best decision. He was able to fix everything! I can eat again. No one else even thought about this being a bariatric problem. I have also used dermatology, radiology and even physical therapy. All did very well with little to no wait! read more

The doctors and medical professionals who work at this office are great however their administrative staff is absolutely horrendous. They will do things such as hang up on you, never give the doctor your messages such as refill requests, cancel appointments without telling you, charge you the wrong co pay amount, incorrectly record your messages to the doctor, and act extremely rude to you. If it wasn't for their terrible admin staff I would say this is a nice place to go. read more

The Radiology department at this location is less than impressive. I've had several follow-up x-rays due to a broken bone and the service gets worse each time. Latest experience, the tech interviewed me for several minutes before asking if I had x-rays before. I asked her did she look at her computer? When she did, she found all my information. REALLY.....get a new job! read more
