It also said the barcode was damaged, so it was being replaced and they'd update the delivery ETA. After working with customer service at the company I ordered the desk from, they were trying to contact FedEx because their records still said sitting in Hagerstown for some reason. Then I get a phone call from a random person saying they have my 60lb package at their house 30 minutes away, and I need to go get it. I thought this must have been a mistake, but it was not. The driver delivered my desk to this person a week ago. We had to go get it that evening, and our addresses were not even REMOTELY similar--not even the same city! My address is clear as day on the package, there's no mistaking it. Someone just dropped a $1400 package at a random address. I've filed my complaint with the company using FedEx for shipping who will contact the terminal too. To say I'm unhappy about this is the understatement of the century.

My prints are usually available ahead of schedule, and if the staff even suspects any problems, they always offer to fix them. The same is offered to everyone who enters, in my experience. Today, while I was using the self-service machines, for example, multiple customers were given labor and cost-saving advice--both for FedEx services and for other companies entirely (e.g. a woman was advised that she might avoid returning car parts to Amazon in the future by adding her car to her profile there). Sasha and Amanda are among my favorite employees, but I haven't yet met one who wasn't experienced, professional, kind, and helpful.

They pulled my receipt and then said I returned them a fire I had not purchased there. I have a fire on my receipt and only 1 in my house, I was told as she wadded up the receipt she could not accept the fire back. They had given me a fire that was not 4K but I paid 4K price. Then she told me I needed to be nice to her. All I said was I want to speak to a manager and I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. Honey that is no where near what you could get. Better training is needed.

They also offer a lot of printing services, but I haven't used any of that yet. The main draw to this location is I can get a drop off receipt, which they do not do in Frederick. For some reason, and I don't know why, but it seems like almost everyone going in has a big chip on their shoulder. I've seen people bring in laundry baskets of items to ship, no boxes, no packing, just a pile of loose wires and junk and a napkin with an address on it. Sometimes people need to realize the reason they are having a bad day is because of them selves. This location is great and I'll continue to go here.

The only thing more bizarre than her hostility was the fact that I'd made sure to confirm my appointment beforehand. So if anyone needs a notary at this location, let me be the first to inform you that the notary leaves at 5pm (despite the fact that she schedules her appointments until they close at 6pm). It's the kindest way you'll ever get that information, despite the fact that both their location's website and their location's online appointment system states otherwise in multiple places. **Head to the new UPS near Walmart Drive for notary services, where they treat their customers like human beings - ask for Tabitha!
