Great communications. They got back to us quickly and kept us informed all through the process. Our move went without a hitch. They worked hard and efficiently. They were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when re-assembling our bed, which was missing some screws (a lot of them, actually). Apparently, previous movers had lost some of the screws and didn't tell us. Our New Path movers replaced the screws and made the bed solid again. They also volunteered to move in some things we had brought to the new apartment in our own vehicle. Great moving service. Ryan was very professional. Used a standard moving contract (I watch The People's Court for fun and know the importance of a well-written contract). I was only doing a small move of a couple of rooms of furniture moving only a short distance, but he and his employee were on time, listened to any directions I gave, and took care to handle everything carefully. They didn't dilly-dally and got everything done promptly. And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! My final total was less than what I was expecting! Very pleased overall! I had a eight(8) pieces of furniture to be moved from a second floor apartment in Falling Waters to a second floor apt. in Martinsburg. I called on Friday(1/30) and Ryan and help employee showed up Saturday (1/31) ON TIME! They offered to move anything that wasn't nailed down,even removed the backs to my reclining leather sofa instead of trying to Jimmie it through the door! They tested our 75" tv to make sure it worked prior to them boxing,blanket and wrapping it.They showed me how they loaded the truck and that my belongings were secured. They put things exactly where I wanted them placed, plugging in my tv to make sure it operated and no damage and centering dressers to wall... who does that?! New Path Movers was VERY reasonably priced with no hidden fees or "extras" ,licensed and insured. Awesome moving company. Ryan was very responsive from my first contact to the day of the move. He charges a fair price by the hour and kept the loading and unloading of the truck moving along. His helpers were also very polite and hard working. The couch would not fit up the staircase so they figured out a way to get it up to the apartment. A small glitch occurred and Ryan quickly took care of it. I recommend Ryan and New Path Movers to anyone that needs a reliable moving company. read more

Top Notch!! I contacted Ryan on Wednesday to move my furniture that had been stored in my garage into the house on Saturday. They were polite, timely and efficient. Ryan said they would arrive at 10am and they did. They moved everything in very quickly and set it up exactly as I requested. Ryan originally told me there was a 2 hour minimum but only charged me for 1 hour, with no extra fees. Unheard of!! You can believe they got a great tip! If I ever have to move again, they will be my first choice! read more
