Once we had a chance to review he and the crew were off and running. The overall job done is simply amazing. We had them clean up our front yard (it looks nice now!!!) and remove a tree. You can't even tell there was a tree before. He cleaned out our front flower beds and added a beautiful gravel area replacing the mulch. This was such a simple and easy process! The next week they came out and the squirrels had left. It was a weird situation but they were young squirrels and most likely jumped from the roof. Since I already paid for the parts, I opted to use the original company but Rapid Fix went over and beyond for me. They called me twice with alternate solutions and checked their stock room to ensure that they had the part that the prior technician flagged as needed to avoid having to order the part (assuming that was the original diagnosis was accurate) which would have likely arrived after I left for my trip. While it didnt work out to hire them this time, I was very impressed with their customer service support and will definetely be using them in the future. If their stellar customer service is any indication of their repair skills then I am sure you cannot go wrong with Rapid Fix.

The company is more like a handyman service, like to hang a picture or change a light bulb. Do not trust them anything that needs to be diagnosed, they do not have the training or expertise. When I originally contacted the , they offered to show up within the hour-that's almost too good to be true and it was. The repairman showed up in street clothes, nothing to represent he was with any type of company-RED FLAG.
