I am very very disappointed in how techs handle certain situations and actually found a MAJOR issue in open ductwork in unfinished basement that NO ONE from this company even bothered to look into or do any sort of testing to find out root cause....when I stated that my husband and I smelled musty, dusty smells and were affected by allergies, I was told 'this is normal' and nothing else. ???? You pay almost $400 for their better tier plan for HVAC service, and what you get is little to NOTHING. The tech barely does anything and if you state you have issues, they blow you off. Lazy!!!! I hired another company to install a new system, wasn't about to give this company anymore of my money. They found a cracked UV bulb that Hotzople had replaced, my filter area was jacked and should have been fixed a LONG time ago, and I today found an extra tubing coming off my duct in basement that was never capped off, thus rendering my entire system basically non functional -- at least very wasteful..... I cannot believe this has been for 7 years and Hotzople NEVER once checked for any duct work issues, or anything or ran any tests, I was systematically blown off, these guys do they BARE Minimum and ONLY care about collecting their yearly $s for maintenance. I highly suggest everyone EDUCATE yourself about HVAC before hiring ANYONE, these companies anymore have become greedy, they don't care. I was also told I had issues with my old system, but never was 'shown' WHAT those issues were fully. Trust is a BIG thing if you want to keep your company running....these guys 100% lost my trust and now someone else will be getting my money!

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. None, nada, and it's a good three + years post Covid! For that reason, I only glanced thru the clothing as I am hard to fit. Prices were all over the place. New with tags items I purchased (knowing for sure they would fit) was a long cardigan from Kohl's for $3.99 and new w/ tags Old Navy jeans for $6.99, yet a velvet like top I was eyeing up, that obviously was well loved as the label was very faded was $6.99! I came mainly for hardgoods and kids toys. Kids toy selection wasn't as vast as other locations, the art selection was also pretty light. Housewares were plentiful, but pricing was high. Some items were higher than the original price tags from the Dollar General! I was shocked at the pricing for the small appliances. Crock pots with cracks and baked on grease for $19.99, some as high as $29.99, and electric skillets missing their cords for the same price. Overall the place was clean and the clothing was pretty well organized. The hardgoods racks are a mess, especially since the switch to the black wired shelving. Employees were friendly but if transgender and gender bender people bother you best to stay away as the cashier was very much so. Bring your own bags and they get fined if they give you plastic. Be prepared to take a risk on clothing since there is no dressing rooms (but they do have a 7 day return policy!), and do check the color of the week on the sign at the door for 50% savings.
