I made an appointment online the day before, and it was honored. At the time, nobody was waiting (I think this is due to requiring appointments), and the salon was quiet. I didn't catch the technician's name, but she was very sweet and gave me the most thorough manicure I have ever had. Also, I think $30 for gel was super reasonable! I'm hoping to return soon to get a regular polish manicure to compare how long it lasts. The location is in the same strip of shops as Primo Hoagies, and has a small (free) parking lot.

It's not fair for customers to sit there and sweat while they're getting anything done. I myself got a pedicure and my back was dripping wet when I was done. When I got there they were ready to get started right away. The salon techs at the shop were very friendly and nice. She inquired about whether I had been there before and if I had any special requests. Their prices are clear and marked and they have a lot of different services to choose from. I chose to get the mint spa pedicure and a powder dip manicure. I absolutely loved the pedicure. There was a 10 minute massage included in my selection. When the nail tech moved on to my nails she took her time and made sure they were shaped perfectly for me. They offered me water and while my hands set with the color on them I got a shoulder and neck massage. The salon is new or renovated so it still has that feel to it. I loved the fact that there was no loud tv or radio, just soothing music. I will definitely go here again. Maybe become a regular.
