The eyelash application area is set up in her living room with a nice comfy headrest...During the application you can either chat with Rhena (who is fun, bubbly and great to talk with!) or listen to a wide variety of podcasts. The time flew by and it was easy as can be. The final product was exactly what I wanted, Rhena had clearly listened to what I was asking for before I started.
