Many of the washers smelled like oil, and some of my clothes actually came out with oil stains on them -- completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and made me feel targeted. I was first approached at the washer and told I had "too many clothes" and "too much soap," despite using a $6 washer, which is already outrageously overpriced. Even the small washers cost more than comparable laundromats. Later, the same staff member sought me out again in the dryer area and told me I had too many clothes for the dryer -- these are commercial dryers, so that made no sense and felt unnecessary and confrontational. To top it off, she refused to break my bills with anything other than quarters. I walked out with $19.25 in quarters because she would not break my second $20 bill to give me 75 cents back. Between the prices, the rude treatment, and the risk of damaging clothes, I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

I will never go back. I pulled a cart over to my washer. I thought it was almost done. But 3-4 mins left. Mind you there was that kid and one other lady. He took my cart away when I walked 20 ft away to get hangers from car. I said that was odd, no one needed it. Ok. Got another one. Moved things to dryer. Left it by dryer as I took soap etc again 20 ft across room and out to car. He did same thing AGAIN. Then he musta called his daddy, and he printed another sign for door about carts. Now remember 1 other customer in laundry. He was just being rude and a jerk. Each time I carried a basket to car, he would move laundry basket. Never will I return. But FYI I rarely go there as I don't live in Texas. Only time is once in awhile while working near by. Never had a problem with aunties. In fact I gave them diabetic meter last year.

Although there were a lot of viable washers in use I didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for the washer (I'd placed my detergent container on top of) to vacate. The manager was all over the place sweeping and tending to keeping the place nice and neat. She's very approachable and is bilingual. Most of the ppl I observed helped others coming in with their laundry by passing their wheeled baskets on to them, especially the women. There are a couple of picnic tables to sit at while you wait and there is a dispenser by the bill changer and bathroom door full of detergent and dryer sheets. There's a breezeway between the laundromat and the chevron that has soda and snack machines and all were full and in working order.
