We were thrilled with the slide. The pick up and drop off went smoothly and they communicated very well to coordinate it all by checking in a day before drop off and pick up and then day of. The teams that brought the Rip-tide run out slide over were professional and kind. They helped us troubleshoot power issues to ensure it worked perfectly so we would have a great weekend. They took their time and made sure we had all the instructions. Overall we meet four different staff members and every one was wonderful. I will absolutely use them again.

Overall I received an okay product from Hudson Trailer Co. but not a great one. There were some…read moregood aspects of working with them, but the ultimate result was far below my expectations, and there have been seemingly never-ending issues with the build since I've taken possession. For example the wrong climate control units were installed, leaving me with no heating right before the winter, the wrong type of kegerator was installed, numerous items in the contract were not fulfilled, and there were egregious examples of poor craftsmanship and attention to detail, such as multiple bugs trapped in the exterior paint. After my initial engagement with Hudson, I was impressed with their knowledge, experience, and skillset, and they seemed like the perfect fit to execute my vision. As this was a custom project with essentially nothing else to compare to, I was looking to Hudson to guide me through the process and utilize their seemingly extensive experience building mobile businesses to implement my ideas in a beautiful, impressive manner. Not only was the final product well below my expectations, the process overall left a lot to be desired and did not feel professional at all. The frequency and quality of build progress content was disappointing. I made it clear that a key part of my strategy was generating attention on social media, but not a single video was ever provided of the build process, despite multiple requests and a very well-known trend on Instagram toward video content. The photos that were provided were almost always low quality and less than ideal for social media or for truly evaluating the quality and correctness of the work. At no point did I feel they were seriously concerned about my ability to generate business before the completion of the build. There was essentially no formal project tracking or organization: - No project schedule was ever produced - No list of outstanding tasks or punch list items was ever shared with me - No regular formal project status meetings or reports were ever done - No design documents or drawings were ever created Hudson was at the very high end of the bids I received for the project, so that led me to believe that premium materials, fine craftsmanship and professional project management would be integral to their process. The reality is that they charge a premium price for a sub-par product. The build was reportedly finished a week before I arrived to pick it up, so they had ample time to conduct quality control and verify the completeness of all items. Unfortunately it has become apparent that those were not done. I've already spent over $10,000 and dozens of hours to correct mistakes and redo inadequate work in the first few months. The 2-star review on google from Lana Samara is 100% correct. I wish I would have followed her advice to have a trusted 3rd party do a full inspection before taking possession and making the final payment. After evaluating almost 10 different builders, I selected Hudson for the project because they seemed to have the most complete set of skills, experience and expertise to shepherd me through the build and execute a concept that matched my vision. Unfortunately, I'm left to believe that I would have received a superior product from one of the other builders I originally spoke to.

As someone who was a bride at the Glass Factory, and PAID money to be a bride at this horribly run…read morevenue...it is ridiculous that my review was taken down on Google because I'm trying to warn other brides by sharing my own experience. Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!
