Very helpful with what I would need and extremely flexible with the changes that had to be made prior to the event. On the day of delivery the communication was excellent and the crew that delivered the items were efficient and did their jobs perfectly. Let me just say the service we received from beginning to end was top notch. Thank you to the guys that came to set up the tent for their patience as we tried to configure the set up space. Our back yard is shaped a little odd so it made it a little difficult to set up but they worked with me until we got it just right. They setup on Thursday for use on Saturday, 03/14/21. Pickup was the following Tuesday. We ended up getting 3 fans for the space since it was a bit warm by the afternoon. We opted for the tent instead of a building due to COVID. Great customer service and understanding! My wife signed a contract and paid them a $1000 deposit for tables and chairs for our daughter's wedding next year. We immediately discovered we'd double booked so within 24 hrs of signing the contract my wife called and asked if we could please cancel and get our deposit back. Fortunately the company president Jeff Crotto was understanding and immediately returned the deposit. I'm sure other businesses wouldn't have been so accommodating with a signed contract in hand! Five stars is NOT enough for this company! We rented a popcorn machine for a recent event. The rental process was easy and painless....no hidden charges. The guys that loaded it were wonderful -they made sure my seat was covered and took extra precautions to put it in my car. We rented two 6ft tables and 12 chairs for Thanksgiving. Customer service was amazing. I could have rented a single chair and probably had the same experience. No sales pressure from staff. Floor room was beautifully decorated. They were very flexible on returning items due to the holiday. I was able to pick up the items that Tuesday and was given the option to return the equipment the following Monday for no additional charge. They loaded and unloaded all items in the delivery area, careful not to damage our truck. Quote was exactly what I paid. About $35 for everything. One table was a little dirty but it was nothing some lysol and a nice table cloth couldn't cover. Will definitely use AAE in the future for any other gathering needs. Also, their "unofficial" mascot, Lucky, is so well behaved. He greeted us each time! read more

I would not even give this company one star... Let's just start this with... this company is a total scam! The showroom inventory is NOTHING like the stuff that you will receive the day of your event. HOURS before our wedding All About Events started to unload the chairs that we rented... these chairs were horrible! They were scratched up, beaten, dusty, chipped, the woods were mixed matched etc. When calling the boss/manager to figure out a solution because were hours away from the ceremony and have no chairs.. William said he would call me back in 15 minutes. The chairs that they sent us were an embarrassment... so we told the delivery guy that we would not be using them because of the very poor condition that they were in. We waited for William to call back, but he NEVER did. We were stuck with using our wedding venues chairs! This company's management is very poor! When trying to contact the company after the wedding they were NOTHING but RUDE! This place is false advertisement! They do NOT care about anything or anyone but other than getting a check. Save your money and go else where!! How can you charge someone for something that they did not use? I'm confused? This is peoples hard working money that they're flushing down the toilet. Oh and it's gets better they shared a picture of our wedding on their social media sites... how funny? You can you brag about something that's not yours? What a shyster business. I called and received a quote for a dance floor and included the need to deliver upstairs at my event location. I agreed to the price and paid in full. The day before my event I received a call from the business owner trying the scam more money out of me because the delivery had to go up stairs. What a wonderful way to do business. He went on to say that his assistant quoted the wrong price and that I should pay him more money! His poorly trained employees are NOT my problem! We had a contract and I honored my end. They are unethical, rude, and dishonest. 2 weeks before a NON Profit fundraising event they emailed our local charity and rescinded the donation they awarded us that had been put in writing over 30 prior. They lied and changed prices and stories multiple times. They left us high and dry right before our major fundraising event of the year. They are unreliable and I cant say enough bad things about this AWFUL experience. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!! read more
