In the past several years however, since Tommy Yeager left, it's gone downhill. They cannot seem to keep a manager and have had several in the past 8ish years. The communication between departments has broken down as well. One tells you tomorrow's service is late summer fertilizer, then tech comes and it's grub treatment. They tell me to have grub treatment later in August, then they change it to July. What is the real answer? Also, the continuity of service is subpar. I have a different tech every time. It used to be the same guy for years. No more. The front desk is also not answering the phone like they did for years. I was on hold for over 15 minutes today. No one ever answered. Not a good look for what used to be a reputable business. There is just too many changes within the company structure. While I understand that this business has grown exponentially, it leaves a long term, very dedicated customer with many cons and not too many pros.

He was out the following Monday as promised and removed the tree. He hauled everything away and left the area clean of debris. I highly recommend Jeremy for tree work.
