Ultimately there was no resolution and the man that I spoke to said, "Well we do that sometimes." This to me is an incredibly unprofessional and completely apathetic response to the situation. After more research I have discovered that cheaper alternatives exist in the Burlington area. I do my best to support local businesses when I can, but this is one local business I cannot and will not support.

This guys came in to grade and seed our new built house... Not only they graded it in a way that the flow of the water misses the sod used as an easement and created a muddy mess but when they did it there was no clean up, they just ran on top of the weeds, left huge rocks, tree trunks, bricks, large pieces of tarp, pretty much everything you can imagine from a construction site, then seeded on top of that and covered it with nets of hay. A couple of months later after the Hay was gone, we where left with huge patches of dirt and all the garbage. After that they came to re-seed those areas and clean up multiple block of hay that they left in our backyard; luckily I have security cameras because we caught the employees putting the blocks and all the debris they picked up on a wheel barrel and threw them into my own backyard trying to hide them between my trees. I wouldn't recommend this company even if they paid me, stay away from them.

I was told the business is more wholesale but they also sell to the public. The only downside is because they are wholesale, prices on things aren't listed and some tags are missing but all you have to do is ask and they are happy to help. The prices on things are also very good value for money and reasonable. One thing to Note is when you are walking around inside the greenhouse is to be mindful of where you walk because the paths are narrow and a little uneven.

Called customer service on a Sunday, actually did speak with someone. Thy are going to try and get the rest of our order delivered on Monday. UPDATE: We reached out to Ohio Mulch late today (Monday), and the manager of our local branch delivered the missing bags himself this evening.
