Today, I stopped in for a quote on a used Sprinter we just purchased where the door had a bad dent on the frame and it would catch the front panel, making a loud popping sound. I wasn't fixing it for cosmetic purposes but rather because I didn't want it to continue pulling up the front panel over time and causing more damage. I met Mark through a friend and he told me he would take a look at the dent and see if he could help me out. To make a long story short Mark came to my work and fixed the car in under an hour at less than 25% what the body shop had quoted me.
