This is my second positive experience with these guys! The first one was they fixed my Volvo's dented door, and they quoted me $300 less than 2 other quotes I got. Their craftsmanship was great and I was really happy with the results. Today, I stopped in for a quote on a used Sprinter we just purchased where the door had a bad dent on the frame and it would catch the front panel, making a loud popping sound. I wasn't fixing it for cosmetic purposes but rather because I didn't want it to continue pulling up the front panel over time and causing more damage. One of the guys there- didn't catch his name - brought a couple tools out and fixed it there right on the spot free of charge! I bought a new car 5 weeks prior to ending up at Dentco. We were at the car wash and my husband decided to use the scrub brush as he felt that it was the best way to remove dirt and grime. It ended up leaving and scratch that was 2 1/2 inches in length. I was heartbroken as this occurred after just 5 weeks of ownership. We ended up searching for scratch repair centers via the Yelp app. I messaged the day before Labor Day and Brian (at Dentco) actually responded to my email on a Sunday afternoon. He advised us to bring the vehicle by so that he could assess the damage. So my husband drove my car over to Dentco while I was at work. I was expecting the worst as I felt like the scratch was deep. Brian gave us 2 options: see if he can work with it and try to buff it out or repaint the door. We opted to let them take it to the back to see what they could do. Apparently, Lexus has excellent quality paint, so it was an easy fix. When they brought the car back, you could not see or feel where the scratch once was. I thought that we would spend a significant amount of money trying to get this done as well. The services ended up being performed at a reasonable price. Then, we noticed that they had a promotional price on ceramic coating. I had been quoted between $1,200 to $1,400 elsewhere. So, I never had it done to my other car. Dentco was offering the service for $395, which is beyond reasonable. So we dropped the vehicle off and left it overnight at their shop, I received a text the next morning stating that I could pick the vehicle up after 11:30. When we arrived, they drove the vehicle around to the front of the shop so that we could check it out. It looked brand new again, like I had just purchased the vehicle. I was impressed with how nice the car looked. While at their shop, we noticed that they didn't just offer scratch repair and ceramic coating. They also provide solutions for door dings and larger dents. Given the size of the parking spaces nowadays and that cars are much wider than they used to be, door dings are inevitable. I usually go to a shop in Huntington Beach to repair door dings, but now I have an option that is much closer to home. Dentco is a car owner's best friend. They perform quality work and stand behind their product/workmanship. I really appreciate Brian's quick responses to my emails and thorough explanations of the results that we should see once the services have been performed. I don't want to become a frequent visitor at Dentco, BUT if my car has any other cosmetic issues that I'd like to have addressed, I will be emailing Brian right away and will make an appointment to keep my vehicle looking great once again! read more

Dentco is a small mom and pop style body shop in the South Orange County area. They fixed two doors and some bumper work on my car after it was hit being parked overnight in a residential neighborhood. I was lucky that the person who hit my car was responsible and left a phone number for contact. I received a quote for a private party cost from a separate local body shop that my family has used in the past and it was over $4600 with them keeping it cheap and noninsurance. The second place we took the car was Dentco and their quote was $2300. It took a month to get all of the costs sorted out with my private party and an additional couple of weeks due to scheduling, but Dentco honored the original quote. I had to go into the store and pay the down payment to replace one door and schedule a date to bring in my car. One of the negatives is I would've done this sooner but the small size of the business means no designated front desk staff and very difficult to communicate via telephone or text message. Text message seems to be the best in the long run if needed. Dentco's repair work was excellent. They took 4 days, which was one day longer than expected. However, my car is a limited addition and had additional electrical work they had to do on the door. The repair is perfect. Everything electrical works perfectly and the paint job and dent work is seamless. As a mom and pop style shop you're not going to get a super fancy car wash and they're going to do a very basic vacuum and tidy of the inside of the car after the repairs - mine still had some interior dust, etc. So if you are looking for high-level customer service with a wax and polish finish, this is not for you. For me it was perfect for the price and I will be sending friends and family to the shop if they need repairs in the future. Dentco was quick, honest, polite, and very affordable. I had a light scrape on my car and I went to a local repair shop whom I've used before for a rear end collision I was involve with three years ago. However, for this little scrape their estimate was way over priced. So, I did a little Yelp reviewing and found Dentco. Called them up and they told me I could just drop by when convenient, so I did. They looked at my scrape and offered to buff it out first, and if that didn't work, I was given a $400-500 estimate. They took my car back, buffed out and it was great! There is a very, very small scratch still present, but it's hardly noticeable and not worth the expense to fix it. The cost was $125. The guys at Dentco saved me $1,500 and I am so thankful! I have a 1978 Triumph Spitfire that I had an accident in. I had to purchase and install all of the front body parts (bonnet, and bumper). That was the easy part. I was concerned about finding someone that could paint the front end only and blend it into the doors without knowing that it had been done. Well, I found a guy. I asked around and was told by a mechanic that the only person I should trust to take on this project was Jeff at Dentco. Wow was he right. Jeff and Brian were Intune with my concerns that this had to look perfect when I picked it up. The paint job looks Great, and looks like nothing ever happened to my car. They were so easy to work with, and I was so pleased with their work, that I took my wife's older BMW to them two weeks later that needed a lot of scratches and scrapes attended to. They did such a great job on it that it looks new again. In both cases the paint color / clear coat matches perfectly. I talked to them about that, and found out that they just don't order the same paint as your car and expect it to show up in a can and match your car. They are like chemist with the paint and have to add the correct amount of lighter or darker toners to match the existing paint. These guys know what they are doing and take pride in their work. I was stupid and swiped a stationary pole. Although I was driving less than 5 mph, it left a pretty noticeable dent in the side door. First I called around. A bunch of the mobile dent vendors said they could fix it for a few hundred bucks, but none of them would guarantee their work. Basically when I pressed them, they said that even after paying them, the dent will still be slightly noticeable and most likely only 90% fixed. One of the providers was super honest and said that he couldn't get it resolved to a state that id be happy with. He then said to call around and it's best if I take it to a location that could spend more time on it. Thanks to Yelp I found Dentco. I rarely leave reviews because I'm rarely blown away! Simply said, Dentco exceeded my expectations. My 2021 RAV4 had 2 very noticeable dents, one on the front bumper and one on the rear. Collision center estimate to get fixed north of $8K. Dentco came in at $1300, which included painting both areas. Staff is very knowledgable and professional. The paint on the front bumper was cracked, so I feared even if Dentco could push out the dent, the paint would be messed up. I believe it was Mike who I saw first. He was confident they could get the dent out, but not sure sure they could fix the paint so he brought the painter out to have a look. The painter was 80% confident, so Mike told me that if they couldn't get it looking new I would have to pay. As it turned out, the RAV came out looking like nothing happened. Pictures hardly do the before or after justice. The dents were way worse to look it, so much so I felt a little deflated every time I got in my car. I took my 2000 Honda Accord in because the plastic lining in the wheel well was ripped and the bumper needed to be tightened. No painting or debt repair. Got an estimate of $275...the part was $79. Their labor rate is $79/hour so they charged me 2 1/2 hours labor to replace a plastic liner on one side and tighten the bumper. No way it took them 2 1/2 hours. When I first got the estimate they never followed up with me. I spoke with the owner who then texted me back with the estimate and I said when can I bring it in...crickets. I go by there and then I pay for the part, they get the part and never call me to tell me they got the part. I call them and oh yeah we got it. Take it in today, they say a couple hours. Can't give me a ride to my house less tan 2 miles because they don't have the staff even though I asked when I first spoke to them. I had to get an uber. Then they never called me to tell me my car was ready. I call them..I said a couple hours, well every single other place I've taken my car calls to tell you when your car is ready. I also asked if they could replace the windshield wipers for me which I had already purchased. He charged me $20 to do that!!! You'd think they'd do that for free for good will.
