From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! From the moment I walked in Jackie jumped right into action, it seemed within minutes that I was getting picked up to get my rental and Ryan was walking me through the repair process. They both assured me that they would take care of it so I didn't need to worry. Jackie handled the insurance for rental set up and Ryan handled the insurance when it came to the repairs. This is not my 1st time here, I would definitely recommend All Magic Collision center in Moreno Valley. Life has been very difficult for me this year so this accident had me on overload, I didn't even want to deal with it at all; Jackie and Ryan helped more than they will ever know. The relief I felt when I dropped my car off knowing I was in good hands and that I didn't have to do anything including dealing with insurance was priceless (when I arrived home my husband said I looked like a million pounds of stress was off my shoulders, I just smiled). He came to my apartment in a small sedan with an Uber sign on his windshield. His vehicle and the way he acted and spoke were not professional at all and I should've caught his shadiness sooner but I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover. He promised that the paint damaged part (paint imperfections with a dent) would look like new again then he said he only takes cash (another shady part). 10 minutes later he asked me to take a look at the paint job. Since it was being done in my apartment garage where it's dark, I couldn't tell if the paint job was done right (my car is black too) but at least the scratches looked gone. I asked him if the dent was fixed as well since it was too quick. He then told me that I will have to bring my car to his shop next morning due to a power issue and he will text me the address later (completely different story from what he told me earlier he said everything will be done on site). I thought it was not a big deal so I let him continue. He said he will need 5 more minutes to finish so I just paid him then went back to my apartment unit to wait until he's completely done. Almost 10 minutes passed, no call from him so I went back to my garage. The dude was gone!! so I called him. He sounded surprised but he said he'd text me the address right away. I still effing trusted this guy but he blocked my number right after he hung up. I ran back to my car to check on the paint job and voila it looked like a 5 year old put some crayon on it. The scratches were all still there and of course nothing was done for the dent. Anyhow I'm going after this guy until justice takes care of this guy. It was not big money but I'm all about justice.
