I am increasingly dissatisfied with the customer service and clean. Today, Michael came in with two new woman. I assume these two will now be our cleaners? Problem, number one, we have specified that Treadmils need to be moved each time. I am not confident this will be done as they are heavy. Secondly, it has come to my attention that the quality of the clean has not improved. We have reviewed the cameras and are shocked by what we found. I would like one of you to come to the studio to see for yourself. At this point, it is clear that we are not getting what we pay for. Here is a list of the "some" of the issues we noticed: *Only 1 female came into clean. We agreed to two people and to have a male. *She arrived at 2:30am and stayed until 4:30am. This is not enough time for one person to clean everything AND she was here while members were walking in. *She is using our studio wipes to clean. These are $.25 each, very expensive. Please stop immediately and inform me how you will compensate for the past usage. *She did not clean the treadmills! She never touched them once. *The only cleaning that was completed on the weight floor, was vacuuming. See agreement for the list missed. *The weights were not cleaned at all. * Only the top of the rowers were cleaned. We have specified that each rower is to be picked up, moved, and cleaned. Additionally, the floor around the rowers was missed. *Mirrors were never cleaned. Never touched! *Mop water was never changed. One reason we went with your company, was due to your claimed hygienic practices. A swiffer was used?? The same floor cloth was used through the entire lobby and bathrooms. This just smears germs all over the studio *Exercise room was never mopped This is the last time, I am will try to work this out.
