Got a tattoo there and it was very light when in color when healing also parts of the tattoo is missing like no ink was used or he ran out of ink in spots. This was probably 2-3 years ago and now the tattoo looks horrible after years. And it's a big tattoo paid a lot for it. Now it has to be redone and fixed in spots. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went in to get a naval piercing with my mother, and I got it done, when I looked at the piercing it was clearly crooked and looked horrible, the piercer tried to tell me it was because the bar was to long, when it was just crooked and uneven. My mother asked for it to be re-pierced so it was straight, the piercer DUSTIN replied saying "that piercing is perfectly in the middle and no I will not use my "materials" to redo this" and slammed the door in our faces. I took it out to let it heal so I could have it redone by people and that have respect for costumers and know what they are doing, and it looked prefect. The owner has threatened my mother when she asked to be refunded by saying "Talking shit to me was a big mistake." and "Do you know who I am" so please do not go here for anything, the service is terrible and they are unprofessional.Don't even deserve one Star! read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. my best friend and I were super excited to get our belly buttons pierced, little did we know we'd leave with a frantic experienc. I wish I read the reviews before coming. please stop giving this owner service, they need to be shut down. He wasn't clean and he was shaking the entire time. He was trying to pierce me and my friend. He pierced me three times (in the same spot) and my piercing still came out crooked. he was shaking and sweating the whole time, blaming it on his diabetes. And then when he tried to pierce my friend, he blamed her skin for not getting it done accurately. Mind you he wanted to poke her for a 3rd time as well. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I got an industrial piercing from here. But after having it for months, it was still hurting. Then I noticed it was migrating to the edge of my ear. So I went to another shop and the piercer asked where I got it from. When I told him he said he wasn't surprised because he's had so many people go to him to get there piercings fixed because this place always messes it up somehow. He said that they didn't pierce me right and the jewelry they used has been discontinued for 18 years. It's a good thing I went to a different place to get it looked at because idk what this shop would've said or done if I went here instead. Tattoo: I was going out of town in 2 weeks and had an appointment to get a tattoo. Arrive on time but the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes more just to be told to wait another 2 hours for set up. I politely said that I would be back. Then I received text the next 2 days with a sad face emoji apologizing to me. So, I decided to give it another try. Ok, I made another appointment. This time the door was opened, was told that person doing my tattoo is running late. My daughter was with me. At least she was able to get piercing services. Went to get my nose pierced 3 weeks ago, by the time I left and made it home, the hole inside my nose closed up. Went back, he Re-forced it through causing extreme pain. The ring was too small and had no back on it. He told me to wear a bandaid to keep it in. Why wear a bandaid- you then can't see the ring? My entire nose swell up which in turn forced the ring out and the hole closed. Went to Body By Design a week later and got the other nostril pierced- I've had NO issues! AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

This business should be shut down.The customer service is terrible and they stole $400 from me. I had a large tattoo that I was going to do in 2 session. I started it in March of 2008 and circumstances prevented me from coming back until recently. Also,I was leary of going back to get it finished because it healed terribly. When I called to tell them that they would have to touch it up, Robert blamed me for not healing it properly,even though I have 5 other tattoos that all healed fine. When I called in Feb to schedule the final session, Robert claimed that the work they already did was $600 worth of tattooing. LIES! So I went in with my friend who is a tattoo artist, he and immediatlely insulted her and told me to leave. I have since been calling at least once a week and he keeps screwing me over by telling me I have to talk to the artist, then never putting the artist on the phone. I finally got ahold of the artist, and he claims the same thing...the he never told me he would do the tattoo in 2 sessions, and the work he did was it. He continued to be a jerk to me on the phone, so I called him a liar and hung up. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU A TERRIBLE TATTOO!! read more

My husband and I wanted complimenting tattoos before a concert that we traveled 5 hours for. We went by reviews and felt comfortable just walking in as they were tiny, simple outlined designs. We said we wanted thin lines. Mine is thicker than I wanted and darker, but at least it will fade. My husbands is so thin and so light that half of the design is gone. Like, it just peeled off when healing. It's too far to come back to get it redone, so he'll have it done near our home when he gets something else done, but what a waste of money. read more

There is no focus on service here! I was referred to Tylor from a friend to get a simple tattoo. I took a few tries but eventually I was able to make an appointment and had my first tattoo! Yea. Tylor told me to come back for a touch up in about a month. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment for the touch-up and Tylor doesn't even return my calls. I had to physically stop by to schedule an appointment ... twice. Because he never showed up first one .. and to my surprise ... he never showed up for the second one either!! He never called to cancel. His father (Tony) and owner won't do the touch-up because Tylor was the one that I paid. STAY AWAY! I went into this place to have an industrial piercing done. When I got there I was told the piercer had left to go fix a toilet somewhere so I had to wait. Then when he finally arived, they never had me fill out any information, sign a consent, or even take my id. I should have walked out then. While I was getting pierced, the guy never even gave any warning that he was about to do the piercing, he simply did it. Warning is nice people! Once I left the guy simply said, call me if you have any questions. I didn't get any after care information or instructions to care for the new piercing. To top it off he gave me change out of his wallet and put my money right in. Apparently they don't own a register. I got two tattoos in one sitting a couple years ago from this place and they are both total cover-ups. The owner did them himself and rushed thru them, in the middle of doing them he asked me to come back because he had obviously more important things to do. I told him no and asked him to just finish because much like the other people who had a bad experience here it takes forever to get a scheduled time. I am writing today because I am looking at my arms and thinking about the $600 i spent for this sub-par work they performed. Ive gotten tattoos in a few spots around the world from world reknowned artists after lengthy military service and wanted some new ink. I went to over 50 tattoo shops in the tri-state area and finally settled on Tony at To The Point Tattoos. He spent well over 2 weeks fine tuning a custom design tattoo. Tony is an amazing artist as well as a tattooist and you need to be both to tattoo as well as he does. He was very patient while changing the design up so I could have exactly what i wanted. Tattoo came out amazing and ive gotten several other pieces since then all custom artwork and all look great. Ive sent all my friends and family there and never a bad experience, im always greeted like a friend when I come in and the body piercer Dustin has done several family members and friends also, hes a great guy and an outstanding piercer. The shop is always clean, everything is sterilized professionally (just ask he will show you while he does it) and the service is great. Listen to your artist, there is after care involved if you want it to stay looking like a nice tattoo, take care of it and it will last a lifetime!! read more
