I came in for their Friday the 13th flash sale and trinite did a great job and was so sweet. She gave out goodie bags to everyone that was tattooed by her because she felt bad that she couldn't spend a lot of time with each customer due to how busy it was. The place has a great atmosphere they have candy out to help keep your sugar up before your tattoo and played scooby doo to occupy everyone that was waiting. Called before going into the shop asking if they accept walk-ins & we were told they do. We go into the shop and realized that we also needed cash for their tattoos (we should've asked that beforehand), but the guy at the front was rude. He not only was judging us for the small size of the tattoo, but also told my friend "you really want a tattoo like that?" for an idea she had as well. Paid a non refundable deposit just to arrive to my appointment and then a hour in, they tell me she can't do my tattoo--WHICH IS understandable but after me commuting and waiting in the store for a whole hour after my original appointment time. They decided to reschedule me for the following next week, and guess what happens.. she cancels my appointment an hour later cuz she needed to "sketch" my tattoo. Came here for my first tattoo - I initially got really weird vibes from the artist, which were confirmed when my appointment came. I received several snide remarks and attitude from the artist which were very unexpected and made the whole situation awkward. Luckily the ink came out perfect.... but definitely get to know the artists there before you let them permanently modify your body.
