The merchandise on the shelves were stocked fully and the variety they had really did cover you for whatever need. They, on top of the items that you would expect them to carry, also carry smoke accessories. I noticed that they have different valued grab bags in that case. Kind of a mystery item that you purchase and have no idea until you leave the store. I selected my items, made my way to the front of the store. Purchasing they ask you if you want to join their loyalty program, if you intend on making multiple trips here. The big gripe about this place is that they are so close to the Interstate. I mean every single vehicle that went by you could not only hear, but sometimes feel. I believe I also heard and felt a train nearby. The building feels like it was put up too quickly or made out of something that really isn't sturdy.

Prices are very reasonable, especially for a brick and mortar store. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and mostly friendly (Alex, in particular, is fantastic--and even the more reserved staff members are helpful). One of the best things about visiting the Chambersburg store is the selection of handmade J.M. Boswell pipes, many of which never make it onto the website. The selection and prices seem to be much better in person and I like being able to hold a pipe before I purchase it. Great smoking lounges upstairs with comfortable places to sit and spend time with friends. Highly recommend.
