As a cigar customer for more than a year, I have been very disappointed in the quality of service lately. The shop is under new ownership and the new owners make no effort to keep my brand of cigars, which I buy weekly. The new owner also owns Tobacco Nation, in Plano. He obviously does not want my business, so I found Tobacco Hut, located at Bethany and Greenville Avenue. The owner there keeps my cigars in stock and the people who work there seem to care about customers. The store only has a couple of small cabinets with cigars. I understand the previous owners were trying to build up the business. They always made the effort to keep my brand of cigars in the shop and I supported them as they were a neighborhood business. The new owner doesn't see to care about the tobacco business and is making no effort to keep my cigars in stock. Tobacco World... I will not be back, and I won't be sorry if your shop does not make it. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM They will charge you double and not bat an eye. Way overpriced im almost embarrassed i gave them $80 for a $40 purchase anywhere else. Do not buy vapes from here. Do not buy juice. Do not spend a dime here because you can probably spend a nickel else where. Disgusting and should be illegal. Save your money and go else where. Prices are stupid expensive. But its super convenient bc it's 2 mins away from me and there's not much else near by. I've bought a lot of things from here and this was the last straw. Bought some butane and the brand I usually wanted (KING) he charges like 9 without tax. It's 3.99 everywhere else. Even though I've spent plenty money with them he won't give any bit of discount either. Not wanting to pay double the price he mentioned he had a cheaper one for 5.99. I get the 5.99 butane he had, which should work fjne in the torch im using that I bought from there. Well guess what. It doesn't. And the guy thinks there's a problem with my torch even though it was just working. And it also doesn't light another torch I have that also working before this new fuel. Come to fiugute out of the butane fuel is too cheap and not refined enough it can give some torches problems. I empty the torch and put the King brand I use that my friend had and sure enough it works again. The guy won't swap it (which I understand) but he won't at least sell the other brand for the same price, given that I bought this one because he said this what they use in the torch. Oh well Lesson learned. Or Maybe I'm crazy for thinking that he should have some customer service?? I've literally never seen another car outside or anyone in the store. So, I would assume that you do want to keep the few customers you do have happy at least. Now I get why you never see anyone here lol. I'd avoid this place if you can. read more
