This is probably the worst smoke shop experience in my life. I have spent upwards of $5000 on heady glass and if you a staff that is knowledgeable about what they sell, and offers good quality products, this place is not the place to go. First of all, the name brand bong selection they have is horrendous. It seems to me like the people who own this shop are not actual participants in the counter culture, just trying to make a couple dollars of some college kids trying to smoke. 70% of their glass is chinese bullshit. Looks so horribly blown and thin looks like it can break any second. Percs are all un even just such shitty work. This old guy with long hair is supposedly the owner and has multiple locations around dallas, he is the worst sales person ive ever seen. This man had no idea about any of the brands where they came from, who the manufacturers are, he just kept saying "everyone knows we got the best shit man, were way better than the other stores around here". This is exactly the type of person you dont want being your first encounter when dealing with the counter culture world. Also I asked him to fill one of the concentrate pieces with water to see the percolation, he said he doesnt have time for that and why would he do that. Dont go here if you want to buy quality glass. You will leave feeling uneducated. At other places around denton they take the extra mile to explain to you your potential investment. I bought mango juul pods from here the guy told me they were real straight from the factory or whatever,turns out there completely fake the juice is a weird color and the foam is not neatly packed into the pods and gives you no type of hit when vaping it,the guy is a liar and he knew he was lying,completely unbelievable. read more

I've gone in alone and gotten a creeper vibe, and I've gone with my boyfriend and the man was rude to him. He's generally nice but just gives off weird vibes. Bought juul pods about a month ago and they made me ill. Come to find out they were fake mango pods. I bought some cbd pre rolls and they are not legit either. No cbd mg on the container at all and you cannot find the products they sell online either. I will no longer be shopping here as a lot of the products are fake and the workers are creepy towards young women who enter. read more

Gets a single star, because I have to or I can't rate them.This place sales counterfeit products. I went in to purchase a PAX3 vaporizers. The Indian man tries to lie to me telling me that I was looking at PAX3. He kept telling me the box was a PAX3. I showed him a picture online where the logos has 3 not an empty space. He says, don't worry I will have employee bring from my other store. Sure enough the new box had PAX3 and looked legit. Fortunately for me I had the image on my phone that I previously showed him. The packaging looked identicle to the PAX1 just with a legit 3 on it. The real PAX3 boxing looked nothing like what they guy was trying to pass off as a PAX3. Went in today and was greeted by an arab gentleman, nicest guy we had met in awhile. He walked us around and showed us the options for my price point, and even went as far to drop something into my price range because I was a few bucks short, the piece I bought was a rooR tech beaker, which checks out to be a real rooR. Yup, 90 bucks for a REAL rooR. They have a huge selection of papers, I think after counting it came out to over 500 papers in the building. they also have the biggest selection of glass in denton, although some of their things may be pricey (Grav, Crush, AMG) it is well worth the price to get great customer service as well as EXCELLENT quality glass. 10/10! read more

After a less than savory experience at Zebra Head, I came here to see if I could find some pieces to complete a rather challenging project I had been working on. I was greeted immediately by Randy, (the regional manager?) after explaining my situation, he immediately set to work with a friendly "let's figure it out!" After a few minutes of connecting and disconnecting pieces, we made it work. Afterwards I had a few questions about vaporizers that he answered kindly and honestly, I never felt pressured to buy anything. After about a half hour of great business and banter, I left with everything I needed and a few things extra. The store is very organized, clean and expansive, I felt like I could see everything they had in stock. They have great selection and knowledge and are more than willing to share both. Be careful when buying stuff and asking for student discount. The signs say 15%, but guy behind counter just gave me a few dollars off. It was only 7%. When confronted, he explained that is was for water pipes. The sign clearly reads "Water pipes, pipes, grinders, hookas, etc." It was only a few dollars difference, but that's deceitful. I wonder how many didnt notice they weren't getting full 15%. Older Indian man. Wait for total before asking for UNT studebt discount, and then do the math for yourself.
