I went to get a spray tan before a wedding. The machine gave directions in German. I am not German…read moreand I do not speak German at all. I had no clue what the machine was saying to do but o was already in process which only last a few minutes. I didn't know when the spray tan ended because I couldn't understand the directions so I was spray with the cleaning solution. I let the front desk employee know what happened. I was told no refunds. I requested a call from the owner and or manager. Never received a call. Finally after calling multiple times with no response I was informed I could pick up a paper check for my refund in 2 days! Never ever again!

HORRIBLE!…read more WOW. What a horrible experience. I called in to ask what beds they offered and the receptionist replied by asking me if I could just come in and look at the beds and packages they offered because she was "too busy" to answer any questions via phone. Are you serious? I asked if I could call back a little later if she would have time. I called back she told me of the beds but not of the packages because there were "so many to choose from" ok? I would hope you have at least basic packages you can quote someone over the phone? To their defense they do have about 20 million packages but I was referring to their best bed and stated that I would only be in town 6 days. So..i caved in and went to the salon. Had there been a different salon in the area i can assure you I would've traveled there instead but obviously this salon doesn't have much competition which is probably why they can get away with such poor attitudes and such lack of professionalism. After going there 3 days in a row, and bringing my sister as well... Dropping well over $300...i came across this sign in the salon stating if you had any qustions/complaints/thoughts to please contact them via stated telephone number. I decided to call, being a business woman myself, I would want bad attitudes of staff brought to my attention immediately so they could be addressed if needed. Another bad idea... The man who answered the phone immediately started cutting me off stating their numbers? Saying "well mamn' we have over 300 people tanning in our salons a day" and they don't have the time to answer phone calls. Are you serious?! Also that their tanning salons offer the best beds at great prices, which is very true but not the point. The POINT was the very bad attitude of the staff all 3 days I visited. Had I not paid cash I can assure you I would be trying for a refund of the 3 days I have left. The owner/person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I have never been spoken to like this over a call to help improve an establishment. Needless to say, Ive looked up another tanning salon about 20 mins away that I will be traveling to happily.

He told her it was her responsibility to pay for damages to his bed when she was using the bed as it was intended to be used. Timmy Downs I hope we cross paths one day because I want you to talk to me the way you talked to her, won't be doing too much talking when we finish our conversation!
