The machine was literally shaking during the session. The spray tan mechanism failed completely--instead of a mist, the solution literally dripped all over me, and the machine skipped the drying sessions entirely.I left the salon with spray tan drops all over my skin and literally just look dirty. My hairnet was covered in drops. I left a message with the front desk representative for the manager to call me. This representative just came on duty and was very kind. The manager did call back while I was at work, but the initial customer service and equipment failure ruined my experience. Avoid this location until they fix or retire their old equipment. As far as customer service, yesterday was the first day it was negative. I have never seen her before and maybe she was having a bad day. She definitely did not want to be there or listen to what I had to say.

I also bought a full size bottle of moisturizer and some tanning lotion. I spent almost 50 bucks my first day in. I tanned once, for 9 minutes. My mother got very ill the next day and was put in the ICU. I called and explained and asked if I could come a couple times after the 7 days was up because I'm her primary caregiver. He was disinterested and said no abruptly and rudely. I will never tan here again on principle.
