My Mom's Yard: Once again, no call was made before the visit, resulting in the dogs getting loose and running the neighborhood. The yard was serviced while it was still covered in leaves. I called to request a re‑service and was told we would receive a call beforehand to ensure the leaves were picked up. That call never came. Instead, your team returned and treated the yard again over the same leaves. Because of the continued failure to follow basic instructions and communicate properly, her service has also been canceled.

He came out to help us configure our sprinkler system to be the most efficient, gave us tips/suggestions, and always goes above and beyond. The company is always really responsive and I like how their quotes are itemized and you can see exactly what they're charging for. Not That Guy with the F-150 Pickup Truck and a Chain Saw!…read more The mature trees in your yard are as much of a long term investment as the house itself, or even more so than the cars in your driveway. Always keep that in mind as you maintain your landscaping. Living an a 30 year old subdivision, our trees are definitely mature and prominent when viewing our house. Along with shading the house during the hot summer, they also provide some level of protection from high winds and ice storms. They can also increase the resale value of the property by adding stand out curb appeal. The majestic oak dominating the front yard, and the fragile Bradford pear near the curb, are like welcoming old friends as we enter the driveway. All the more reason to take care of them. When we first moved in over 12 years ago I called a guy whose business card was posted on the bulletin board at a local supermarket. His price seemed affordable, and he showed up pretty much on time. But when he left the tree looked like a bad barber college haircut! We also noticed the leaves dropping in groups and taking longer than other oaks in the neighborhood. We also experienced more broken limbs in the yard through out the winter. After a bit of research, I found that most tree trimmers were not certified Arborists (full trained professionals), and even fewer had the proper equipment to do the job safely and properly. The cost was bout the same as the guy with the F-150 pickup truck and chainsaw, but the analysis was more detailed and comforting. So the deal was struck! They showed up on time, with the proper equipment, and once again took me through all the proposed work for approval before starting. Needless to say, over the past few years (and many times I have called them back), we have been more than satisfied with continued attractiveness of our landscape and still consider it a true long term investment. Recommended? Without question! NEXT DAY UPDATE Opening up Facebook this morning I was overwhelmed by the number of photos of downed trees and fences. Since we had our mature trees trimmed yesterday, I wanted to see how they stood up to the 60 mph winds last night! To my amazement there wahs not a single broken limb in the yard! Even our 30 year old Bradford Pear tree near the driveway was standing proudly intact. Others in the neighborhood were not so fortunate, so I guess we have been doing something right! The skills these guys had and their extraordinary attention to safety were like none other. They had my tree cut down, ground the stump, and cleaned up impeccably in 4 hours. Amazing. No debris is left behind. Put my fences back the same way having to remove them to get the equipment in my yard. I highly recommend this company.
