But this was an experience we will NOT forget. We went on a Wednesday with 1 patient ahead of us. After 30 minutes, a different patient went out, and in goes the gentleman before us. There was no one else in the clinic during this time. An entire HOUR goes by and still nothing. The receptionist constantly disappeared and left the front and phone unattended. We could hear her watching videos behind the wall to the reception. Her phone outed her by playing the audio loud and she quickly turned it down. The gentlemen before us comes out after an hour and shakes his head. He looks at us and says "I guess they don't have doctors?". We asked him if he was helped and he said "No, there is no one back there". He got into his car and left. We also left. It was really sketchy that the doctor AND receptionist disappeared. We will not be returning. There are other clinics that have great service and REAL commitment to our community. THIS CLINIC IS NOT ONE. We left confused and dejected. ******We hope this review saves people from wasting their time in a clinic that claims to want to help people. There are other clinics that offer discounts and help low-income families with EXCELLENT doctors and staff. Dr. Chan is also a pharmacist, and will always prescribe the most effective, yet cost effective medication for you. You also don't feel like you're being pushed through a medical cattle chute; he takes the time to talk with you, and explain your health status and medication in detail. I took my last dose on July 18th and went in for an appointment on July 22nd and told them that he wanted to test me to make sure I was taking my medication. I gave a urine sample, but either I wasn't tested or Dr. Finch has an issue with me. Today, 12 days after my last dose the urine test was negative. He told me it's detected for a month in contradiction to every website I have researched. I detest being called a drug dealer by such a pathetic doctor. Use caution.

I have been a patient of Dr Santelli for at least 10 years now. I first went because my shoulder…read morehurt. No big deal, fixed that with a few visits. Then as the months passed I would go in for other aches and pains, Dr Santelli decided to run a blood test. I had 4 other medical Dr's at the time with current blood tests but no one saw anything wrong except for Santelli. My iron was a little high, he spent time thinking about it, even when I wasn't in his office, so he wanted to run a different blood test to get a Ferritin level. Long story short, he saved my life. He discovered that I have Hemochromatosis. A blood disorder that shuts down your organs and "rusts" your joints. He started my treatments and adds a special combination to my Chelation IV Therapy to pull the iron from my blood. My levels are great now and I continue with Chelation at his office in Moore even though I moved 2 hrs away a couple of years ago.
