I truly do not know where all these " raving" reviews are coming from. I'll give you the honest truth about him as we found him to be the most unprofessional realtor ever. Chris would like you to think he cares about you as his client but he doesn't. When he "helped" us look for our home he could have cared less about our wants and needs. When we would have phone calls with him, you could tell he was not even listening to what we were saying. By the end of the conversation he would say " can you please email me everything you just said" we were disgusted. No Chris, how about you write them down or take note if you even cared about what we really needed for a home. It's pretty clear he's more about himself. For instance his " gift" for us was a cutting board/ cheese board with his " Chris Carozza" name right in the center for all to see. Can't help but think he did this to promote himself for if we use for parties and for people to see his name and ask questions. Don't waste your time with this clown. Chris Carozza, Adam Wagner and his team are an asset to the Stamford real estate and surrounding areas. They know the area very well and are on top of the market because they work pretty much 24/7 seven days a week. If you're looking to buy, sell or rent they can find you the right deal, or work to negotiate as best as you will get for a particular property between buyer and seller. Recently had them sell my condo and the entire process within their control was amazing, strait forward and quick. We hired Chris to sell our home in North Stamford. Despite a paucity of comps, Chris had a much more constructive view of the high-end market than other brokers we interviewed. That view, coupled with his "hungriness" and Compass' tech savvy, led us to hire him and his team to sell our house. He helped us stage our home and produced a fantastic photography/videography/3d model package that absolutely helped lead to an accepted offer within 10 days of listing.
