This place use to have a great dentist and staff. It does not have enough room for as many patients they see at one time. They've pulled teeth and caused massive bruising on my face. I'm a new patient and had a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were kind, but I waited almost two hours before being taken back. I came in to ask about having my crown placed back and getting a filling, and also requested a routine cleaning. The cleaning was extremely painful, I was visibly uncomfortable, trembling, crying, and my gums were bleeding, yet the hygienist did not pause or allow breaks. Water was left on my face, my face was wiped roughly with the bib, and aggressive flossing caused more bleeding. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was told that no dental work would be done because it was already closing time. I spent nearly three hours, paid for the visit, and left with bleeding gums and no treatment. I understand cleanings can be uncomfortable, but this experience lacked basic communication and compassion. read more

They fraudulently billed our insurance for multiple services that they did not perform - on our 2 year old daughter that the dentist never saw because they said they don't work on pediatrics, which they only told us that once we got there even though they knew her age when we scheduled the appointment. We only found out about the services they billed us for when speaking with our insurance company. They would not return our calls, so I had to go in person to correct the records - of which they still offered no apology. read more

My appointment was at 10:40am I filled out everything prior to my arrival. It is now 11:25 am and still haven't been seen, because they we're having issues confirming my dental insurance.. I just called my insurance company and had them fax and email my insurance information. Everyone has been seen except for me. My two daughters have appointments with them for later today. I'm starting to rethink that. This place is extremely slow and have zero regard for other people's time. read more

I broke a tooth on vacation. I walked in and they worked me into schedule. Took care of me. Great place, great people.

Dr. Tasneem Dossaji, and Merissa Felder Went in to the dentist office with referral from today's dental in Lexington. At the Cayce location they did not inform me that I would have an out-of-pocket cost for the wisdom teeth extraction. When they finally checked me in they called me to the back, without signing any papers, without going over the details of the procedure, and without letting me know if there would be an out-of-pocket fee or payment that wasn't covered by insurance. They sent my husband to the waiting room and then there was 1 doctor and 1 assistant in the room. I asked the doctor if I could ask for more numbing throughout the procedure because I knew it was going to hurt and she said I'll be fine and that she would know if my gums were numb. Neither the doctor or the assistant went over the procedure or indicated how I would be able to stop the procedure if I needed to or what they could do if I was in pain. I told them I have a lot of anxiety and can't stop shaking, which they had seen when my legs kept shaking on the chair, so I asked if I could have music playing in my headphones and have glasses to not see the light and they said yes. As the doctor went to do the first injection in the top right of my mouth I jolted and I told her it hurt and I squeezed the assistants hand really hard but they didn't stop. The doctor didn't say anything to me and continued to the next injection, on the inside of the top right portion of my mouth. I jolted again and my hand hit the doctors because I was in so much pain. I asked her for more numbing but she said no I'm okay and to stop moving, to lay completely still and stop moving. She continued to the top left side of my mouth and again I moved my entire body in the chair because I was so anxious and asked her to stop. She did not. At this point I had a lot of saliva built up in my mouth and I wasn't given the suction to take out the spit. When I went to spit it on the bib they clip around your neck, I saw it was all blood, I panicked and told the doctor to stop and give me more numbing before continuing. She didn't. She continued to place another needle on the inside top left of my mouth. I jolted again, hit her hand again and she told me to stay still and breathe through my nose. She took out the needle, and I was already crying and telling them to please stop, they did and asked why I was scared and I told them I have a lot of trauma and can't do the rest. I asked them to stop so I could come back or be put under for the removal of the teeth. She said she still had 2 more injections to do, after she had already completed 8 of them, one on all sides of the inside and outside of my mouth. The last 2 she said, were for the back of my mouth, near the cheek. I said I need more dumbing and she reluctantly put more numbing cream on the bottom of my mouth, after I had asked at least 5 times prior. Then she proceeded to take out the top right wisdom tooth, which I jolted when she pulled it out because of my anxiety. She then pulled the top left wisdom tooth and then walked away for about 10 minutes to let the numbing cream take effect on the bottom. At that time I was texting my husband telling him I was crying and was unable to get more numbing when I asked. I also told him When the doctor came back she didn't bring her assistant and I asked when she would be back since she was the one letting me squeeze her hand and she said she's busy, and continued to take out the bottom right tooth. I paused her and told her that the bottom left wisdom tooth hurts really bad and I might need more numbing. She didn't give me any and proceeded to take out the bottom right wisdom tooth. It hurt again, and I jolted and then the assistant came back in and she went to take out the bottom left tooth. She didn't get it on the first try, or the second, instead she kept going after I kept crying and trying to get her to stop. She ended up getting part of my tooth out but it had gotten stuck on the inside of my teeth, and I caught it with my tongue.They weren't able to grab it with their instruments so I had to sit up quickly so I didn't choke on my own tooth. I ended up spitting it across the floor and instead of taking a break the doctor decided to keep going for a piece of the tooth that I thought they had already gotten out. I kept asking "what's wrong" and "what happened," but neither of them answered. The doctor continued to scrape at the tooth and after about 5 minutes she was finally able to get the remaining part of the tooth out. At this point I was uncontrollably crying and the doctor had immediately walked out, the assistant instructed me to get up and I sat there crying. He talked to them for me and they said it was a very simple procedure, it wasn't simple, they fully traumatized me I told her I wouldn't be paying for anything out of pocket but she told me to come back inside so I did. She called the cops saying we were stealing. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

This place just sucks, I can't even count how many times I would schedule an appt to fix something to get there and they just do an exam and say oh we will have to schedule another appt to actually fix the issue. Okay so I schedule to fix a few things when I get to the appt they say oh we don't have time to do everything so we will just fix this one tooth, um how can you just change what's being done every time. I swear they do this to charge our insurance more and more for each exam and X-ray! Called because of a broke filling the other day get to the appt today and say they just don't have time to fix it and to come back even though it's cutting my tongue! I had a very pleasant experience at this dentist office today! I had a routine cleaning! She took her time and cleaned all my teeth. I felt very comfortable the entire time even though I was nervous going into a dentist I've never been to before, they made me feel right at home. They also took care of a chipped tooth I had and made sure that it wasn't bothering me anymore before we moved on. The waiting area was quite cramped but who cares, the wait wasn't that long and it's just a waiting room. The dentist held great conversation with me and made me feel less nervous by asking me repeatedly if I was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend this dentist and I will be returning again in January for my next cleaning! read more

Horrible service. I told them I couldn't take amoxicillin only penicillin. After I paid almost seven hundred dollars, I couldn't get the prescription changed and wanted to write another antibodic that's starts with a c. I said no I want penicillin. Its the only thing that actually works. I also wasn't prescribed any naproxen for pain. Don't waste your money at this place. I want a dentist that listen to there patient s because we know our body better than they do. They even hung up the phone because I tried to tell them how hard is it for you to understand I can only do penicillin. Worst Dentist ever. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had, not just with a Dentist but any medical interaction I've ever had. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and this is after I had to reschedule an appointment because they had me down for a "teeth cleaning" instead. So long story short I'm supposed to get 2 teeth extracted and the operation begins and I can still feel what they're doing. She tries to pry the top tooth out but fails and then leaves the office for 35 minutes or so. Comes back to do my bottom one and gets it out. After this she tells me we're done and does not stitch up my gum that she cut into on the top at all. She also lets me know that she hasn't received nor looked at my X-rays before I sat in the operating chair this afternoon. So I write from my bed in severe pain until I can go see an oral surgeon tomorrow, but to let anyone know to not even give this place a thought. read more

Best dentist office! They got me in for an appointment quickly and they are very efficient. Hardly any wait time and they solved my issue quickly and painlessly! You also have your own little personal television to watch as you receive treatment which is an added bonus. read more

This dentist office is Absolutely horrible. Like really horrible. I do not recommend . My appointment was at 4:00pm I arrived 20 mins earlier and other people came after me . A regular (assuming because was call by their name politely) was greeted before the people who came in before. I was scheduled for a cleaning because I was having pain . Prior to the appointment the receptionist was trying to pressure me to get a root canal.... When all I needed was a filling I already felt uncomfortable to come and I have Been coming to this dentist for 9years . I went back at 4:30 and didn't even get seen till 5:00pm and I still didn't get a cleaning just someone telling me to pay for a treatment not evening checking the tooth ..... yeah you got to be on some serious drugs to think I'm going to give you a dollar. I politely said I will NOT be back . If I could give a Zero I would. The costumer service was horrible and the service. DON'T BOOK with them they even played inappropriate music in the lobby. read more

The staff were great and very helpful in guiding me. The only negative effect that you should watch out is Dr. Emani's racist remarks that apparently is not that rare. His comments at the start of the session, caught me off-guard and overall he was acting very rude. read more

Today's Dental is the very best dental office that I experienced. The entire office experience is comfortable for kids and adults. It's rare to find a dentist, Dr. Emani, who is this knowledgeable and truly cares for their patients. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. read more
