Peter's a gentle older guy, very good at explaining what he's going to do prior to diving in without warning. When I told him that I get anxious about needles, he actually listened, giving me plenty of warning (and numbing gel) and talking me through everything. I assume this is his standard way of operating, as this is one of the reasons he was recommended to me by a workmate in the first place. The dental nurses and receptionists at MJ Mylne are also all lovely to deal with. There's generally very little wait time, and fillings are performed very quickly. There's another MJ Mylne clinic at Cleveland, and Peter spends his time between the two clinics, so some days he is available at Cleveland and other days at Capalaba. I'm abstaining from five stars for MJ Mylne Dental because in the last twelve months I had to take an appointment while Peter was on leave, and I wasn't a fan of the younger dentist who took my appointment. He was quite rough and spent the duration of my appointment chatting (to the point of flirting) with the dental nurse. Not Very cool - and yet if anything, made me more confident in choosing Peter as my dentist.

(In case they look up my appts) well if I could have left I would of because I was a nothing in the chair and all she spoke of was Finnishing the day to go out . the last one was another new one very rough they didn't even have the decency to tell me there'd be another new dentist . when I asked the receptionist said they must have missed me when sending out notifications the other thing was each visit I had to get fillings redone why I ask because what they use doesn't last long. At BOH Dental, I'm more than happy for everyone there to touch my teeth. Well, not the snotty-nosed kid next to me in the waiting room, or the reception staff...OK, anybody with dental qualifications; just so we're clear. So I had a delightful experience visiting this clinic for the first time - the reception staff were friendly and guided me through the obligatory paperwork prior to my appointment. The appointment actually began on time (rare for a dental surgery) and I was ushered into a spacious room, complete with sweeping views across the city. It felt more like a setting for a restaurant, rather than a dentist's (added bonus for those terrified of dentists). My dentist was absolutely lovely, he gave me tips on flossing techniques and we became caught up in a discussion over the benefits of adding fluoride to Brisbane's water supplies. Upon completion of my appointment, he walked me up to the reception desk and said he'd offer me a 20% discount because he was so impressed with my teeth. I'm definitely looking forward to my next check-up in one year!

You know when your friends winge to you about their dentist being un-sensitive because he just shoved a bunch of needles in their mouth? At Princeton Dental, my dentist has never jabbed a needle without warning me, and even then I find his "needle shoving skills" are pretty gentle. Not only that, but he is pretty quick, and will make won't waste any of your time. Another good perk is that if you are with MBF private health insurance, you can claim a whole lot back! I have only had to pay $30 for something that should have cost me $300! Pretty good. So if you live in the area and are unsure which dentist to go to, I suggest you come here!

The staff were lovely and the dentist was both efficient and considerate. I have an extreme dentist phobia (serious) and I found this practice to be professional and sympathetic to my situation. It took many many tries to get me completely numb, but the dentist continued asking questions and poking around to make sure I definitely couldn't feel anything before removing the teeth. Would highly recommend to anybody in need of a good dentist. As soon as I get my tax return I will be making more appointments for sure.

My daughter has been practice manager for 2 of the top Bne Specialist dentists over many years, and now in medical. I had an emergency situation & hadn't found a new dentist yet so begrudgingly had to call Camp Hill, I got in to see Dr Adrian Malisano in a few hours. My daughter had said to me don't let them sell you a crown when she saw my tooth. Adrian was totally awesome, I was blown away. The BEST dentist I have ever had. He fixed the tooth and said don't let anyone do a crown on it! I was sold on him, No upselling, kind, patient centred, and amazing. For all he knew I was just an old lady who knew nothing, I didn't mention my daughter. Even called next day on day off to check all was well. I will be going to him as my dentist from now on, if he moves practices I will also, even if I have to travel. He is amazing!!!!! (not my real name :)))

I recently thought about changing dentist for better convenience. I'm pretty glad I chose this one…read more Everything in the clinic is very new. They have a toilet and magazines that aren't torn. A fish tank. A TV is on the ceiling of the clinic I was in. But what I mainly noticed was what was done during my scale and clean. It's one of the best ones I've had and i was thankful for the fluoride foam on the tooth tray which was at the end. My old dentist uses a blue gel which is fairly gummy and it's kinda gross seeing as you're not to rinse it out for half an hour. They smear it on with a cotton wad and it gets all over my lips and tongue. X-rays are instant. They show up on a computer monitor also mounted up high so that you, the patient, can it straight away. They also took some photos using a tube camera of the tops of my teeth which were also displayed instantly. I got a care pack on leaving, containing a toothbrush, two mini toothpaste, a stick flosser and magnet. Should you be too early there is also a cafe just two shops away.
