The lady with me was very nice and accommodating and she let me customize my nails to my liking. The quality of the ombré nails are really good but the others are a little iffy but it's okay. And from far away the flower looks really well done. I think they need more safety though, maybe a plastic screen and masks for themselves. read more

F**cking ridiculous! I don't even wanna put one star but I have to. I'm so mad....I took my 7 year old daughter for a mommy and me pamper day and she wanted orange nails on one hand and yellow nails on the other hand with cheetah print on all of them and it seriously took 6 workers coming over to even try to figure out what she was wanting I thought it was a pretty easy request! Anyways they put polkadots instead of cheetah print cause they couldn't figure out how to do something so simple! So my daughter was very upset cause she hated her nails. Will NEVER return. Got French manicure. The technician kept catching the sides of my nails with grinder, which resulted in him having to sculpt the sides down to take off damaged parts of nails. The paint on tips are all crooked, not uniform at all. Even the nail shape is uneven. He kept ripping my cuticles while cutting them and the included hand massage lasted all of 5-10 seconds. The service was overpriced as it was, but for a less than acceptable manicure, its outrageous. The only reason I give 1 star is because i didnt have to wait. 2 big, poorly manicured thumbs down. read more

I had been going here for years. It's not the friendliest place but I'd always been happy with the service until the last time I went in. The guy that did my nails was HORRIBLE. I only needed a fill but he completely reshaped my nails and left the acrylic chunky and uneven. When I tried to say anything he just nodded his head...obviously because he didn't speak English. My daughter and I dropped in on a Sunday around noon. They were really busy but we didn't have to wait long. It was a nice place, clean, and technicians were nice. It was the first time my daughter and I got acrylics. Fascinating process and we had no issues with pain during any part of it. Very smooth and shiny finish. We will be back! read more

I used to go to here all the time. I was surprised to see a sign that instructed me to go next door. There's a new shop, with new decor, and all new staff. The new staff is nowhere near as good as the old staff. I went in for a mani pedi. She put a base coat on one foot and not the other. I tried to show her the error, but she speaks no English. She also missed the back of my heels because she didn't lift my feet. When we got to the manicure, she kept skipping fingers in my gel layers, I don't think she could tell which ones were one layer and which were two. She top coated my right hand twice. She only Lori ones one hand. Among the new staff, there was one guy who spoke some English. All around the studio, he was putting out fires. I asked him if they had cuticle oil, as my tech hadn't used any. He spoke to her, she pulled out the paintbrush and slapped it across my nails, obviously annoyed. I am here from out of town. I typically get liquid gel refills and my mom had gone in to several different nail salons while I was at home working to see if they did the type of nails that I get. This salon told my mom that they did. I had an appointment at 6:30 for my nails and a pedi. 4 people coming in behind me also had 6:30 appointments for the same thing. There was no sign in sheet, no nothing. The 4 people that came in after me got taken back first. They finally had me go sit in the pedicure chair at 7:00 and I sat there for another 25 minutes. The girl did a good job on the pedi and she asked if I was getting a refill and I said yes, the liquid gel refill. She had no clue what I was talking about so I had to google it and show her, she said, oh we don't do that here, but at this point it was 8:00 and my nails were a mess due to not having them done in 9 weeks due to COVID-19. So I said, I guess I have to go with acrylic, which I absolutely HATE, but what choice did I have. The girl took off my old nails and about ripped off one of my natural nails, and when she went to cut the nail on my thumb, she got skin in the clippers. After both those things, she asked if it hurt, heck yeah it did. So she goes ahead and puts on a new set of nails and she said what shape. I said oval, she didn't know what that was and had to ask 2 of the guys in there and then she finally said, like an almond? Holy crap, really? She still didn't make them the shape I want them and then when she asked what color, I said I want a french manicure on them. She's like ok. And when I tried to explain exactly what I wanted, she said, she knows french. I came home and was so mad that she couldn't listen to what I really wanted and how I wanted my nails. I have skinny fingers and my nails are thick and wide, so they look ridiculous on my skinny fingers. Also I hate the way the polish is on them as one side has more of the french on it then the other side. I will never go back to this place if I need a nail salon in the future. I can't wait to go back and see my regular nail tech where I live, have her remove the acrylic and put my gel nails back on that look and feel more natural than the heavy acrylic I have on me now. read more

I called and made an appointment for 5:30 and I was running a little late so I called and told them it would be more around 5:45. I get there are they told me i would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour and they told me to come back. I'm not sure how scheduling works but shouldn't the people who call and make appointments get in first ? I thought so but I guess not!
