We've made several trips here, and we were finally able to stay in one of the bungalows in the newly opened area called The Hammock. The tiny houses are quaint and comfy, but have everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. We had breakfast both mornings in our bungalow with the farm fresh eggs they left in our kitchen's mini fridge, along with fresh sourdough and muffins from the kitchens pastry chef. Understanding things happen, I politely informed Brittany of my disappointment with the equipment. Brittany challenged my critique and then proceeded to follow up by offering to retrieve the equipment with a refund knowing full well it would impact my family event planned for the next day. Rather than apologize and admit there was an opportunity to do better, Brittany chose to facetiously offer me an alternative that would leave me unable to host the event I planned. Yes, the previous owner graciously offered to bring chair covering at no additional cost but I did not feel that truly addressed my concerns with the equipment or Brittany's response to my displeasure. Needless to say, I will not do business with TNT going forward. I recommend you also go elsewhere for your party planning needs.

The epoxy floor looks great. The entire space is well appointed. The owners were present for both the rehearsal as well as the actual ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Glover are true professionals and they run a smooth operation. On the day of the ceremony, the space was transformed with beautiful decor. The tables were set to perfection. Everything was spaced perfectly. The assistance they gave to run a smooth ceremony was from making sure the sign outside on the easel was secured to coordinating the procession was a sign of their attention to detail and a measure of their excellent marks as experienced wedding professionals. They certainly made me feel welcomed and they flawlessly executed this event. Their in house Chef had everything set and I saw the delicacies he had prepared. The presentation was top-notch. It definitely had Chef written all over it and not just some food preparation team. I highly recommend the Premier Events & Rental Center. It has plenty of parking and is easy to find. It is conveniently half way into town from Jacksonville International Airport. Your guests should find this location easily.

Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. The sandwich was perfect especially with her using real eggs to cook. There is also a seperate area where the birthday party can be set up so you can sing in a seperate room away from all the toys.

The sidewalk led down to the beautifully shaded and perfectly arranged wedding ceremony space. (Upside: stunning for outdoor photos, Downside: BYO Sound equipment - which can be disastrous) The paved patio space was versatile, easily arranged with high top tables, a bar at the end, two self-serve appetizers tables, and a reception table for guest sign in/well wishes. The couple arranged for a beautiful variety of meats and cheeses plus nicely sized cocktail shrimp, and the only thing I had a qualm with was too many shrimp, not enough people eating them - and I hate waste so I ate too many. The floral decor was elegant, simple and understated, with very good quality flowers, which you just don't get everywhere - these people cared! The event space itself is large, vaulted ceiling, smooth floor, very arrangeable for your event needs. Accommodated well over 150 people, with a robust full service bar in the back as well as a tea and coffee station. Excellent use of space, beautifully appointed tables, and attended by highly organized staff. Upsides: versatile spaces, elegant presentation, professional staff, quality food and decor, enchanting views and very photogenic. Plenty of parking on scattered rock (no mud, but also don't wear stilettos) Downsides: BYO Audio as far as I could tell, or the couple didn't pay for it and that was a Mistake. The main event hall didn't display any dancing lighting or colorful dj style experience for the end of the night, which sadly discouraged almost all dancing. And - worst - only one toilet for women, one toilet for men. Yes even if you have 150 people, just 2 whole toilets.

I had multiple venders complain to me about her. I was originally told (before I signed a contract) that I could use the kitchen the night before the wedding to hold our bar and cocktail hour supplies, then just before the wedding I was told I no longer could. I was told we could take pictures in their stables (as pictured on their instagram), then day of told I could not do so. The grooms suite has a pool table in it that our groomsmen were excited to use, however upon arrival ALL of the pool sticks were broken. They contacted the venue and were basically told "oh well". The WiFi didn't work in the bridal suite so the tv was not functional. As we were leaving our venue after our wedding, staff was extremely rude to my husband and I. When I requested decorations for my ceremony from their "all inclusive" decorator, I was told no, and that the "venue is pretty enough" so I didn't need them. As well as many other small things that happened throughout our planning/wedding. Do not recommend
