Due to the poor quality of service and the unsatisfactory, uncomfortable, and unprofessional results. Shortly after the bonding was completed, part of it chipped within a week, and I had to return to the office on May 21 to have it repaired. After that visit, the bonding was left visibly uneven, unnatural-looking, and physically uncomfortable. The shape and color do not match the rest of my teeth, and the work does not reflect professional cosmetic standards. My previous experiences with cosmetic bonding from other dentists have always been successful, natural-looking, and long-lasting. This is the first time I've experienced chipping and poor aesthetic results like this. I just moved here. Because I now need to seek corrective treatment elsewhere at my own cost. The service I received does not reflect the quality or outcome I reasonably expected or paid for. They refused to continue working on it to meet satisfaction that was kindly requested. I drove to the office only to be told they gave my appointment away because I "didn't answer a phone call." If there was an issue, why continue sending confirmed appointment reminders instead of notifying me the appointment was at risk of being canceled? Completely disorganized front office experience and a huge waste of time. Honestly, if this level of confusion and lack of communication is any indication of how the office operates overall, I probably dodged a bullet.
