The response from the owner is a complete lie. We left our old dentist as they were not in-network with our insurance. We have gone back with them as they are truly transparent and ethical. They do NOT say they will do any work without finding out if the insurance covers it and if the patient will cover it. The fact that you are willing to write a multi-paragraph reply clearly shows how far you are willing to go to attempt to cover your behind knowing you are at fault.

Care quality - A crown broke after only having it for 5 months. They refuse to stand by their work…read more Another crown has decay under it after only 3 years. I have crowns that were placed in my mouth 20 years ago and they are still good. This dentist office is a chain and they do not care if their work fails. After spending thousands of $'s in their office, I have changed dentist offices for all of my family. I can't spend $2000 or $3000 out of pocket every couple of months or years because my dental insurance won't pay for repeat bad care that often. They will only replace a crown every 7 years. The office staff was very rude to me and I have asked them to give me my dental records multiple times and they always say, "We will email them to you," then they don't. They will play around with your mouth and tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. They gave my husband a huge treatment plan that doesn't need to be done according to another dentist. Don't trust them.
